The episode starts with Raj getting badly hit by the guy who was triggered by his joke about sperm donation. People around gather due to which the guy runs away. People call ambulance but Raj somehow sits in taxi and leaves. Manmeet reaches her home and gets pleasantly surprised to see her parents waiting for her. She tells them about how she and Gunjan were worried about them. Puneet lies that they wanted to surprise her. Someone rings the bell so Manmeet goes to check.
Manmeet gets shocked to see an injured Raj at the door. He says someone beat him but she should make sure not to let Papaji know about it. Ajeet tells they should inform Bhairav Singh but Manmeet stops him and tells she will take Raj to hospital with Ashok. At home, Nirali is worried as Raj hasn’t returned back home. She tells Bhairav Singh that how she had seen Anmol’s picture and his nose looks exactly like Raj. Bhairav tells her to stop overthinking and all kids look same in childhood. But she scolds him saying he has become emotionless.
Nirali tells how Anmol had come to their doorstep but she couldn’t meet him and if in future she comes to know Anmol is actually their grandson she will never forgive herself. Manmeet takes Raj to hospital and sees him constantly getting call from Radhe. At Raj’s home everyone is worried as he is unreachable. Radhe says that he has received a text from Raj. But he mistakenly reads another advertising text and says he read the merged text. Then he says Raj has said that he has lots of work at office and will be back home late. But Choti says Raj comes late everyday but never informs why suddenly he did today and feels suspicious.
Mr Yadav tells his men to go to Manmeet’s address and check if Raj is there and to bring him home if he is there. At hospital nurse asks Manmeet to sign consent form as they need to start further procedure. She tells Manmeet to sign as she is patient’s wife. Manmeet hurriedly signs it so that further medical treatment begins. Doctor tells Manmeet that Raj just had external injuries and can be discharged next day.
Manmeet talks to unconscious Raj and says her life has become filmy because of him. She falls asleep waiting for him to gain consciousness. Yadav’s men look for Raj at Manmeet’s home but cannot find him. Ajeet calls Mr Yadav and says he needs to inform him something. At hospital Raj asks Manmeet to pinch him so that he knows she isn’t in his dream. Manmeet scolds him and tells him to tell everything to Mr Yadav but he says he will tell only half truth. Later Raj gets shocked to see Ajeet and his father at hospital. The episode ends with Mr Yadav asking Manmeet why she had hidden such a big truth and tells now both of them have to answer their questions.
