The episode starts with Murari provoking Raj Kumar but Raj tells everyone to remain quiet. He gets angry and leaves saying its useless to talk to them. Gunjan is calling Raj and Puneet sees her and inquires about it. Gunjan lies and says she just wanted to talk to Manmeet but she wasn’t receiving call so she called Raj Kumar but even he didn’t receive the call. Puneet asks her if her return tickets are booked. Gunjan lies about her reason of staying back. Puneet senses something is wrong. Gunjan sees her mother in law calling.
Manmeet reaches home and asks where Raj Kumar is. She keeps asking but no one answers her. Nirali and all family members start taunting Manmeet. Manmeet requests Nirali not to talk about something she doesn’t know. Mr Yadav asks Manmeet if she can’t see their silence. Manmeet tells him whatever she did was against even her own will. She tells how the project was slipping out of their hand and clients were talking about leaving. Raj enters home in drunk condition. Manmeet tries to talk to him but he keeps saying nonsense.
Raj goes on saying that Manmeet always wants to disrespect him and now she is talking about leaving him. He asks her to leave she wants. Raj is about to fall but Radhe hold him. Manmeet asks if he is drunk, Raj says he is sorry for not taking her permission. Manmeet tells him to come inside room and talk calmly. Gunjan talks to her mother in law who forces her to ask Raj Kumar to immediately give her money. Gunjan says she needs time. Puneet overhears their conversation.
Raj Kumar taunts Manmeet for always treating him lower than her. He keeps on blabbering how she has been doing this since he became her boss. Manmeet tells him to talk once he is no more drunk but he says he can speak the truth now being drunk. Radhe tries to handle Raj but he is uncontrollable. Manmeet requests him to come in room but he asks her to go and he will sleep in his new bedroom that is garden as he has been sleeping there for past three days. Manmeet is shocked with Raj’s behaviour. Manmeet comes to her room and recalls a childhood incident. She remembers how Puneet had said her she should not cry when mistake isn’t hers. Manmeet says she won’t cry.
Manmeet hands over her resignation letter to Hussain which leaves him angry and shocked. He asks how did she change so much, Manmeet says she is same but this is best solution for now. Raj wakes up and Radhe tells him how he did wrong last night. Raj comes to office and asks Hussain about Manmeet. He tells she is leaving office. Raj says its ok because mistake was hers. The episode ends with Hussain saying Raj mistake was his as clients were upset with his presentation.
