The episode starts with Aditya wishing good morning to Suhani and asks her Dr R.O made her stand all night but still she is smiling. What is the reason? Suhani replies she is not here to satisfy Ranveer’s ego and she faced him bravely. Aditya gives her homemade breakfast and tells her to finish it without refusing. Ranveer reaches home and Samaira scolds him for not remembering her birthday. She tells him to attend her birthday party and he says his patients will be waiting for him. He gives her his credit card and asks her to buy whatever she wants. He says he will take Mamta out for physiotherapy.
Mamta worries for him as he doesn’t share his feelings with her like before, he doesn’t like to talk about Suhani. Dadu says Ranveer has become numb but his love for Suhani is still the same. Suhani and Ranveer will pass the test or love hopefully. Sudha worries thinking what Suhani must be doing in the hospital? Rakesh is about to call her but Suhani comes home. She tells them happily that she is not scared of Ranveer anymore but she can face him fearlessly all because of the courage Rakesh gave her.
Rakesh says he knew Suhani can manage everything. Sudha tells her not to get into an argument with Ranveer unnecessarily but she should avoid him for one year somehow. Suhani says she will try but she won’t be quite if he does something wrong. Rakesh and Dadi support her. Suhani gets inside the cab and the driver says Ranveer will accompany her to reach the hospital today as his car needs repairing.
Suhani gets irked thinking she has to tolerate Ranveer all the way. The driver requests her to call Ranveer from his house. Suhani covers her face and Mamta feels her presence. Mamta tells the house help to check who is outside. Suhani tells him to call Ranveer as the car is waiting for him. Suhani hides her face seeing Dadu and gets into the car. Ranveer sits beside her and tells her to sit in the front seat. Suhani does so. He tells the driver to turn on the AC and noone will disturb him while he is sleeping.
Mamta gets upset to know that the girl is not Suhani, she shares it with Dadu and the latter says they don’t know about Suhani’s whereabouts so it’s not possible that she will come here. Dadi talks to Sudha about Suhani’s future that she should not spend her whole life thinking about her tassel with Ranveer. Sudha says Suhani’s behaviour is also confusing as she still prays for Ranveer’s long life. Dadi says Suhani should divorce Ranveer now.
One honey bee sits on Ranveer’s neck and the driver tries to remove it using a kerchief to save Ranveer from the bee sting. Ranveer wakes up and gets mad at him for waking him up. The driver says he didn’t do that to annoy him but he tried saving him from the bee. Ranveer says he doesn’t get enough time to sleep for his night duty now because of him he couldn’t sleep in car too. Ranveer takes the driver out of the car and Suhani tells him to stop as the driver didn’t do that knowingly. Ranveer shuts her up and tells her to stay away from the matter. He is about to punch the driver but Suhani comes in between.
