The episode starts with Suhani trying to convince Ranveer. She apologises to him and says she didnt think before judging him and its her fault. Ranveer ignores her and sits in the canteen. He asks for a coffee. Suhani requests him to forgive her but in vain. Suhani gives him gajar ka halwa which she made for him. She says he likes sweet dishes so she made for him. Ranveer gives the halwa to John saying he can eat it. Suhani gets upset. Ranveer says no matter how much sweet he eats people will tell bitter things about him. John asks Ranveer to forgive Suhani but Ranveer pours the soft drink on John’s head. Suhani gets shocked and Ranveer leaves.
Riya tells Ranveer that Dean is calling him in the cabin. Ansh also enters Dean’s cabin and he looks at Ranveer. Dean tells them to keep aside their ego. He adds due to a heavy landslide many people are injured in a place so he wants to send a medical team there from this college. Dean says Ranveer will lead the team and will go there with the juniors. Ansh will support Ranveer. Ansh gets irked and before he could speak Dean tells him to focus on treating patients instead of focusing on personal problems. Ansh nods. Suhani enters with Mita. Ansh tells Suhani to accompany with them as she is the topper and this kind of experience is good for her. Suhani says she doesn’t know Rakesh will permit her or not. Ranveer overhears that and he tells Dean to convince Rakesh.
Dean tells Rakesh that Suhani should go with them for the rescue operation and its safe for her as they are following all the safety measures. Rakesh agrees and Ranveer thanks Dean. Dean says he is the Dean of this college not his personal assistant. Ranveer says he is Dean’s favourite student thus such favors he can do. Ranveer starts his bike and Suhani passes by. Suhani’s dupatta gets stuck with his bike’s handle and she turns back. Ranveer separates it and leaves. Suhani tries to get inside the bus but Ansh says the bus is full so they have to sit in ambulance. Sudha video calls Suhani and asks if she ate food or not. Suhani looks lost and Sudha asks her what happened. Ansh assures Sudha that they will reach safely. Sudha tells Suhani to thank Ranveer if he is with her. Suhani cuts the call. Ansh tells Suhani that Ranveer cares about noone. He just loves himself so she should not think about him. Suhani notices Ranveer passing by the ambulance with his bike. Sudha suddenly drops a glass and picks the broken pieces. She starts crying thinking something bad will happen. Rakesh tells her not to worry.
The ambulance loses its balance all of a sudden. Suhani, Ansh and Mita bump into each other and lose their balance too. Ranveer sees some stones on streets and he worries for Suhani. He calls John and asks about her. John says she is not in the bus. Ranveer shouts at him that why John didn’t inform him before. He says he stopping talking to Suhani doesn’t mean he stopped caring for her or forgot her. Suhani struggles to get up and tries to open the door. Ranveer stops the bus and asks John where is Suhani. Some people tell them that an ambulance is stuck there due to landslide. Ranveer rushes to the location to save Suhani. Ansh opens the door before Suhani. Suhani’s family see the landslide news on television and Sudha says Suhani is in the ambulance which is stuck now. They grow tensed for her and try to contact her. Ansh rescues himself and he throws rope at Suhani and Mita.
