The episode starts with Aditya finding Suhani. He asks her how did she get hurt? He assumes Ranveer caused harm to her. He blames Ranveer and the latter says Aditya doesn’t know the reality but wants to come to a conclusion. Suhani says some goons have brought them here and they got injured. Aditya says that happened because of Ranveer’s anger as he reacts without thinking. Suhani calms Aditya down and asks him to help Ranveer as he is also wounded. Aditya says Suhani is still showing empathy to him when he troubled her always. Aditya tries to check Ranveer’s leg but the latter pushes him away saying he doesn’t need anyone’s help. Aditya ignores him and lifts Suhani up. Ranveer holds a stick to walk further and then gets furious seeing Aditya lifted Suhani up.
Ranveer beats Aditya and says how dare you touch my wife! Aditya is shocked to hear that and Suhani says she was Ranveer’s wife in past. Not now. Aditya says he doesn’t care about her past but he will remain the best friend for her. He leaves with her saying he will send people to help Dr Ranveer. Rakesh asks Suhani to complain against Ranveer to the inspector as they can clearly see Ranveer attacked her and injured her. Suhani says that’s not true but some drunkards took them to that place and tied them with ropes. Ranveer was driving the car. Rakesh says why Ranveer drove the car and went alone with her, he did that intentionally to trouble her. Police should take action. Suhani says but she won’t file any case against Ranveer. She is safe. Inspector asks why Ranveer went with her in the car, do they have personal grudge against each other. Aditya says as Ranveer is her husband. Inspector leaves saying if Suhani needs help she can contact them.
Ranveer enters the mansion angrily and breaks stuffs. Mamta stops him and sees his injuries. He says he can tolerate Suhani’s anger, hatred everything but he won’t let her move on with someone else. If she tries to love someone else then he will snatch her happiness as she only belongs to Ranveer. Aditya applies ointment on Suhani’s wounds. Suhani says sorry to him for not telling about her past to him. Aditya replies he can understand its her personal life, but he felt that something bothers her but he didn’t ask her what’s the matter. But she should have shared her problem with him as Ranveer mentally tortured her a lot. Suhani says Aditya spreads happiness so she couldn’t give him pain, and that doesn’t mean their friendship is weak. She found it difficult to share about her past with him. Sudha notices them both and Aditya says he is happy that she atleast felt their friendship is not weak.
Sudha tells Dadi that Suhani considers Aditya her best friend and he also takes care do her a lot. They should get married. Dadi says she doesn’t think Ranveer will divorce Suhani that easily. Suhani asks Aditya to go to hospital as his patients are waiting. He says his brain will think about Suhani only so he won’t be able to concentrate on the patients. So he will take a leave. Suhani says she is fine, he should not think much. He says it’s easy for her to say that he should stop caring for her but how would he convince his heart to do that? He has feelings for her. He proposes to Suhani that he loves her. She gets surprised and says but he is her friend only. Aditya says why can’t a friend have the right to love? He will always love her doesn’t matter she feels the same for him or not.
