The episode starts with Ranveer asking Suhani about her project. He asks if she ate anything. He then gives her food. Suhani says today’s day was stressful and she saw a child delivery for the first time. Ranveer feeds her saying she doesn’t take care of herself. She will be weak, her body will be dehydrated. She needs to treat herself first. Suhani says he speaks alot. Riya gets nervous and says what if Ranveer rejects her and his family assures her that he will say yes to her as she is his best friend. Mamta says she will also know what Ranveer feels for her as his consent is needed.
Ranveer tells Suhani to eat well else she can’t treat people. Suhani suddenly feels like vomiting and he hugs her. Suhani vomits on his shirt and then apologises to him. She says she will clean his shirt. Ranveer says it feels right to him and he can’t see her in pain.
Ranveer falls asleep in ambulance and Suhani stares at him. She recalls their moments. Ranveer wakes up due to break. He scolds the driver and then notices Suhani’s bandage has opened. He ties another bandage. He sees the swelling is reduced. He gives her a home remedy to take care of her feet. He gives her a chart and tells her to follow it one by one daily. He says she should not take stress about college, he will come tomorrow again with ambulance.
Suhani gets impressed and then waves at him before leaving. Ranveer gives his hand to help her come down. Suhani is about to leave and her dupatta gets stuck with his watch. He separates them. Rakesh and Sudha come to take Suhani. Rakesh thanks Ranveer and tells him to ask him before taking such step. Suhani turns back to see Ranveer.
Sudha tells Suhani to sit. Suhani is lost in thoughts. Ranveer goes home and Mamta meets him. His family signal her to talk to Ranveer about marriage but she feels hesitant. She tells him to freshen up. Samaira says Ranveer was blushing as if he is already in love. He will say yes for marriage for sure.
Suhani remembers Ranveer and sees the food chart given by Ranveer. Sudha asks her what is this. Suhani says Ranveer is really different. Sudha asks her what happened. She makes her eat kheer and asks her what is Suhani thinking. Ranveer keeps smiling and Mamta asks him what is the reason which is why he is smiling. She teases him.
Suhani tells Sudha that she never expected she will see this side of Ranveer. She says how Ranveer took care of her like her parents and fed her. She vomited but he didn’t get irked. It’s not just because of humanity. Sudha says Ranveer is a nice guy. Dadi comes and says such things happen in true love only.
Mamta feeds kheer to Ranveer and asks him about the girl whom he loves. Ranveer says he will tell later. Mamta tells him to swear on her.
