The episode starts with Ranveer talking to Suhani’s reflection. He says he never accepted anyone’s birthday wish for him. But he wants to hear Suhani’s wish. It will erase all kind of sadness from his life. He will forget the past experience. He thinks though Suhani has fallen asleep at this time but still still he wishes to get her call. Mamta tells God that she is really hoping that Ranveer will agree to attend the party as after a long time she saw happiness on Vikrant’s face and perhaps this marriage can solve all the issues.
Suhani knits a muffler for Ranveer which has his name on it. Dadi tells Suhani to wish Ranveer at 12 am. Suhani hesitates and then she wears the muffler to see how it looks. Dadi says its lovely. Ranveer waits for Suhani’s call and sees the time in his phone. Suhani mistakenly video calls him and Ranveer gets delighted seeing her. He thanks her beforehand and Suhani wishes him happy birthday. Ranveer gets overjoyed and lays in ground. Suhani asks him if he got hurt and Ranveer says he is fine. He says his intuition was right. Dadi also wishes him happy birthday. She says Suhani has prepared a gift for him, she will give him in college. Ranveer tells Suhani to attend his birthday party. He says if she refuses to come he won’t cut the cake. Dadi gives permission to Suhani.
Mamta calls Ranveer and wishes him. Ranveer instantly agrees to attend the party which delights Mamta. He says but it will happen in daytime. Mamta informs everyone about it. Vikrant thanks her for giving such a good news. He says he will give the surprise to Ranveer that he is getting engaged to Riya. Riya gets happy and hugs Samaira excitedly.
Ranveer says he will introduce Mamta to Suhani in the party and will tell her that he wants to forget his past and move on in his life just because of Suhani. Riya invites Ansh in the party saying her engagement with Ranveer will be announced there. Ansh agrees to come and laughs saying he will witness how the surprise will turn into shock for Ranveer.
Suhani makes cake for Ranveer and decorates it. Kamini and Nikita arrive with shopping bags. Kamini slips and is about to ruin the cake but Suhani saves it. Dadi holds Kamini and scolds her. Kamini says this cake is for whom. Dadi says Ranveer invited all of them in his birthday party so Suhani prepared the cake. Ranveer enters his house and hugs Mamta. Mamta says he should always be happy like this. Kamini asks Dadi to take Nikita with them in the party. Suhani insists Dadi and Nikita gets happy. Mamta tells Ranveer to wear suit for the party. He says its not his engagement, he won’t wear this. Mamta hides about his engagement announcement. Roshni does aarti of Ranveer and says he is celebrating after 15 years so it’s indeed special for them. Mamta asks Ranveer whether he invited his special friend or not. He replies he specifically told her to attend else he won’t cut the cake. Ranveer calls Riya and the latter asks him why he didn’t pick up her call last night. Ranveer says he was busy. He invites her in the party and Riya smiles saying he is inviting her in her own engagement party. She says she will surely come. Ranveer says his friends will only attend the party not Vikrant’s friends. Mamta says Ranveer should control his anger for one day. He goes to get ready.
Ranveer waits for Suhani’s arrival in the party. He says why she is late always. Dean wishes Ranveer happy birthday and tells him to be more mature. Riya’s father wishes Ranveer. Ranveer seems to be in bad mood. Riya’s father shows Ranveer’s engagement ring to Mamta. Mamta goes to call Riya. Ranveer says why Suhani didn’t come yet.
