The episode starts with Ranveer entering the mansion with band baaja. Oberois think that Suhani agreed to come back to the mansion maybe. Dadu says he will distribute sweets to everyone if Ranveer and Suhani are back together. Ranveer reveals that Suhani rejected Aditya and she decided to not get married in her life again so it means she will remain his wife only and no matter wherever she goes his name will be with her. That’s why he is celebrating. He goes to his room and Mamta looks worried. Aditya comes to meet Suhani. Suhani says she thought he will never talk to her and will break their friendship but he came to her that’s so nice of him. He replies he should say sorry to her for coming between her and Ranveer. He adds he realised today how much Ranveer loves Suhani. He was happy to know that Suhani didn’t choose Aditya. He belongs to a reputed family but he is so madly in love with her that he can’t see her with any other guy.
Suhani says that’s Ranveer’s ego and he thought he won when she rejected Aditya. He finds happiness in other’s pain. Aditya says but he felt like Ranveer was in pain and it was not his ego. Suhani says she is guilty for hurting her only best friend. Aditya says somewhere in her mind she still loves Ranveer that’s why she didn’t want to hurt him and decided to live her life without a life partner. As a friend he thinks Ranveer and Suhani didnt stop loving each other. She wants to be Ranveer’s wife indirectly by rejecting him. She cant deny that. Aditya says he shouldn’t have proposed her like that.
Dadi and Sudha stop Aditya and ask him what Suhani said. He says they will always be good friends nothing else. Sudha says noone can make Suhani happy better than him. Dadi says he is a part of their family but Aditya tells he can’t force Suhani to marry him. It should be her decision and he is with her. He requests her family not to force her for marriage as well. Mamta goes to sleeping Ranveer and thinks what she can do to resolve all the issues in his life. Suhani recalls Ranveer’s words that he will burn everything if Suhani chooses to marry someone else. Next day she takes out a suitcase where she finds some gifts.
Flashback starts, where Suhani receives many presents and gets surprised. Ranveer comes to her saying these are from him for her birthday. Suhani says he should promise her that he will always love her like this. He says she is his life and he will love her as long as he is alive. But these presents will remind her of him when he will not be present and she will miss him. Suhani says there’s no chance that she will miss him as she is not going away from him ever. They share a laugh. Flashback ends.
Ranveer gives medicines to Mamta and the latter asks him to share his feelings, he is not fine as Suhani refused to come back to mansion. Ranveer says why he has to be unhappy all the time. Samaira informs them that Suhani came here with luggage. Its a sign that she will stay here. Mamta gets delighted and she goes to perform Suhani’s aarti. She says she knew Suhani will return back. Suhani stops her and Ranveer says what happened to Suhani that she changed her mind. She said she wants to be alone but then she realised it’s not her cup of tea. Suhani comes to him with the suitcase and opens it in front of Oberois. She says she came here to return all these presents which were given by him.
