The episode starts with the terrorist Ram Singh is running away from the hospital. Suhani and a ward boy try to find him but Ram Singh hides seeing them. He finds his pain unbearable and he at last reaches Mamta Hospital for treatment. He shouts doctor and Ranveer tells the ward boy to take him to OT fast. Suhani’s ward boy tells Ranveer that Ram Singh is a wanted criminal and Police is searching for him. Suhani refused to treat him thus he came to this hospital. Ranveer says he doesn’t care if the patient is a criminal or a civilian. He will start his treatment. Suhani follows the blood marks of Ram Singh on the street and reaches Mamta Hospital. She thinks Ranveer can’t put his medical license in risk by treating a terrorist without informing the police. She has to stop him but she can’t show her face to him as he chose not to see her again.
Ranveer looks at Suhani’s sketch and says he was living his life without her, but then she came back to provoke him and now he will treat the patient whom she rejected. He burns her sketch. Suhani covers her face with her dupatta and meets the junior doctor. She asks him to stop Ranveer as it’s about national security and Ranveer should not break the rule. The junior doctor goes to Ranveer in the OT and tells him what Suhani said. Ranveer chokes him saying I am the owner of this hospital and I’ll decide what to do, you will follow my orders not Suhani’s. Ranveer adds he will inform the police after completing the operation successfully as he doesn’t want his patient to die in his hospital. The junior doctor informs Suhani that Ranveer will not listen to anyone but he will get angry seeing Suhani so she can leave. Suhani gets tensed thinking why Ranveer is being adamant. She decides to call the police so that Ranveer’s career doesn’t get destroyed for this one incident.
Ranveer treats Ram Singh and takes out the bullet from his hand. He injects a medicine to him and sees Ram Singh’s pulse is dropping. Ranveer tells the nurses to make him wear oxygen mask. Police arrives in Mamta Hospital with their team and the cop orders his team to get ready with their guns. They try to get inside the OT and knocks on the door. Ranveer assumes it’s Suhani and he asks her what does she want? Cop says they will arrest Ram Singh right now. Ranveer replies but his patient is critical and being a doctor he can’t allow them to arrest his patient right now. Cop says Ranveer broke the rule by not informing them before treating a terrorist. Now he is not letting them do their job so they can arrest him too. Ranveer says Ram Singh can’t survive for long so he has to complete the operation first. He is also doing his job by saving his patient.
He pushes away the cops and closes the OT door from inside. Ranveer starts operating and Suhani gets worried for him. She calls Dadu and the latter says he is coming to the hospital. Cops break the door and enter the OT. Ranveer pleads them to let him save Ram Singh but they get him out of the OT forcibly. Suhani requests the Cop to complete the operation but the latter says they have to interrogate Ram Singh about some secret information. Ram Singh is the vital witness for them. They can’t waste time or break protocol. He tells Suhani to not interfere in that. Aditya learns about the terrorist from a hospital staff.
