The episode starts with Suhani trying to attend Human anatomy practical class. She reaches late and stands far. She is not able to understand anything as she can’t see anything properly. She tells the professor about it and the latter doesnt pay attention. Ranveer observes Suhani from behind with his friends. He tells them to arrange one dead body. He says he will fulfil his responsibility properly. Ranveer goes to Suhani and holds her hand. He takes her to a room saying she missed the class so he will teach her now that too practically. Suhani gets surprised and Ranveer removes cover from a dead body whose postmortem has happened. Suhani gets scared seeing that. Ranveer explains about the body organs and parts. He then tells her to hold the scalpel and make a cut on the body. Suhani tries to do it with trembling hands. Ranveer tells her to focus properly as one wrong cut will cost the patient’s life. The patient will be dead so she should not be nervous else she won’t become a surgeon. Suhani again tries to do it but faints. Ranveer’s friends watch them and say that Ranveer has gone mad for her. Ranveer holds Suhani in his arms and makes her sit. He sprinkles water on her face. Rocky asks Ansh that Ranveer is showing so much interest in this junior. Ansh says he will do something. Suhani gets up and leaves saying she will learn herself, Ranveer doesn’t need to teach her. Ranveer tells his friends that Suhani is really weak in practical, they need to take care of her more. She has to be the best in college. Ranveer’s friends tell him not to worry much.
Suhani reaches library and computer class but students out there treat her with special care. They give her seat and books etc. Ranveer notices her with a smiling face. Suhani leaves seeing him. She goes to canteen and there students offer her lots of food. Suhani gets surprised and Ranveer sits in front of her. Suhani again leaves.
Suhani thinks how to get rid of Ranveer and the latter looks at her. Suhani bumps into a stretcher by mistake and falls on it. Ranveer in order to save her also falls on her. All students see them and laugh. The stretcher goes forward and Suhani feels uncomfortable. Ranveer stops the stretcher and they come down of it. Suhani’s dupatta gets stuck with his watch and she somehow separates her dupatta and gets hurt. Ansh calls the Dean the latter warns Suhani and Ranveer for creating a scene. He tells them not to repeat this again. Ranveer goes somewhere and tells Suhani to wait. Everyone assumes Suhani is Ranveer’s girlfriend and he is not bachelor anymore. They tease them and Suhani gets embarrassed. She leaves. Ansh tells Rishi that now they know about Ranveer’s weak point. He will make sure Suhani hates Ranveer.
