The episode starts with the heart wrenching scene in Shukla house. When all the family members go to the temple to offer their Pooja, Nidhi starts to feel at tremendous labour pain. Getting no help from others, Bindiya calls doctor who asks her to do the delivery in the home because she couldn’t be brought in the hospital because of the stormy weather. Through the video call the doctor instructs Bindiya the process of delivery, she shows how to push the baby from the womb.
Getting the instructions from the doctor, Bindiya follows it keenly. Nidhi feels it impossible to give the birth of a child in the home. Though Bindiya pushes with all her power, but the baby doesn’t come out. Bindiya feels very nervous when the doctor says that it’s her responsibility to delivery the child safely. Suddenly the electricity goes on, and the connection with doctor also cut down.
She arranges some candle lights and starts the delivery process. When Nidhi is about to lose her sense and energy, Bindiya motivate her to push up for the last time, she also reminds her that this was the moment for which she has been waiting for a long time. Gathering all the courage, finally Nidhi gives the birth of her child.
On the other hand, Pankaj notices the missed call of the house. He learns that Nidhi has been suffering from a extreme labour pain. In spite of getting the information the Shukla members couldn’t come in the house quickly because of the road jam. They immediately inform Krishna to return home so that he could arrange something. When Krishna returns, he comes to know that already that delivery process has done. Nidhi and Krishna both cordially congratulate Bindiya.
After few hours the whole family return home and show their heartfelt gratitude towards Bindiya who has saved both the life of mother and the baby. One by one day complete all the rituals after having the baby. Indu feels pity for Bindiya who has been going through a lot. Realising her pain, she talks with Krishna personally to change his decision. Krishna is asked to keep the baby but again Krishna nods his head saying no. When everyone blames Krishna for his ruthlessness, Bindiya clears out that Krishna is trying to save the life of her because she will have a lot of complication if she gives the birth of a child, even she might lose her life. But Bindiya firmly says that she will definitely give the birth of that child, because she has experienced a divine power of motherhood when she was delivering the baby of Nidhi.
