Episode starts with the questionnaire of Krishna to his beloved Payal. He asks Payal how did she enter in the cupboard. But Payal gets more pissed off when she notices Bindiya in her surrounding. Seeing her insanity, Payal is suggested to have a treatment for her mental condition.
Krishna suggests his family members to go through a test
Payal gets offended when she heard of the psychiatrist. She asks Krishna how could he imagine that she needs a psychiatrist. Krishna explains the reason and tells his mother that Payal was searching for a snake for the whole night. Everyone gets surprised hearing the crucial condition of Payal. Krishna brings Payal into her room.
Bindiya feels bad for Payal and her hypersensitivity. But Amma forbids her to be concerned about Payal otherwise the latter would make Bindiya’s life as hell. After a while, Amma keeps a knife in Payal’s room. Payal becomes horrific seeing the knife in her room and chases Bindiya towards the kitchen. She even attacks her to take Bindiya’s life. Somehow Bindiya manages to save her life, she even shouts out of fear.
Bindiya calls Krishna but no one appears. Payal raises her knife to stab Bindiya. Meanwhile, Krishna comes there and resists Payal from hitting Bindiya. But still Payal chases Bindiya with the knife. Krishna gets hurt. Shakshi suggests Krishna to bind her hands and mouth so that she could be stopped.
Krishna immediately calls the psychiatrist for the suggestions. The doctor instructs him to give her the medication immediately, and sends him the photo of the pill. Seeing the photo of the medicine, Bindiya identifies and reminds that this is the medicine which Payal used to give Amma.
Though it was not the right process to have the medicine, but this shortcut path was chosen by Payal when she used to take care of Amma. Bindiya follows the same rules to punish Payal. Bindiya mixes four pills in a glass of water but Payal rejects to have the medicine. She shouts at Baldev for not raising question Bindiya as she is giving them a wrong medicine. Baldev and Krishna protest for Bindiya. Meanwhile, Payal ask Bindiya to take care of her health.

Precap : Sakshi will call a plumber to assemble the camera set up. But Krishna will ask them to leave the spot. Payal will protest and will raise the question if Bindiya will hurt her, they couldn’t able to identify.
