Episode starts with Bindiya who suddenly starts feeling an extreme labour pain. Krishna goes to call the doctor and the ambulance. Payal calls Birju to bring the ambulance. Birju and Payal both plan to kill the baby of Bindiya. When Birju appears disguising as a ambulance driver, Baldev and Indu help to bring Bindiya in the car. Payal and Amma also got into the car with her. In the midst of the road, Birju stops the car and Payal shows her real face. Amma asks why did he stop the car in a did he stop the car in that anonymous place.
Both Bindiya and Amma become freak out by the sudden change of Payal. Payal openly challenges that she will snatch all the happiness from Bindiya and will not spare her baby also. When Birju unmasks his face Bindiya realizes that Payal has not changed no more. Payal and Birju both pull Amma down from the car. Living her alone they took Bindiya with them. Stopping the car in a empty construction area, they again stop the car and drag Bindiya with them. Bindiya feels extremely pain when the drag her forcefully. She screams in pain but no one show her any sympathy towards her.
Bindiya asks Payal why she has changed her mind suddenly then Payal confesses that she never changed but pretended to be changed. She also blames Bindiya that she has snatched her love from her life. Now she wants to take the revenge on her. She opens up she intentionally mixed the wrong medicine so that she would face the complications in her pregnancy. Birju also adjoins that he wants to kill the baby of Bindiya, he truly loved her, but now she is going giving birth Krishna’s child, he wants to rectify the mistake of Bindiya of not loving him.
When Amma returns home being hurt, the whole family kids shocked seeing her in this condition. Krishna becomes horrified when he learns that Payal and Birju have abducted Bindiya. He couldn’t decide where he will find them. When Krishna goes to find out Bindiya the other family members go to the police station to file a FIR.
On the other hand Payal and Birju both are ready to hit Bindiya with a heavy iron rod. Bindiya chants the Durga mantra and gets ready to protect herself and her baby. Suddenly Krishna appears there and safeguards his wife from those evils. Birju now gets an opportunity to kill Krishna again. Birju and Krishna start fighting with each other. At the last of their fighting, Krishna defeats Birju. But Payal hits Bindiya very badly in her forehead.
