Episode starts with the lamentation of Indu who starts crying for Krishna. Amma forbids Indu to overthink for Krishna as Bindiya is with Krishna. Here, in the hospital Krishna is asked to return home. Though he is not agreed to return, but Bindiya convinced him somehow so that he could have some rest. As soon as Krishna and Bindiya about to leave the cabin, Payal opens her eyelids. She runs to stop Krishna.
Nurse and other doctors are trying to stop Payal, but Payal finally stops Krishna. He firmly says that he has come in the hospital not to attend Payal, but to prove his loyalty towards his love. Not getting any sympathy from Krishna, Payal pretends of losing her sense. Immediately Krishna catches her and takes inside the cabin.
Coming into the cabin, Krishna sits beside Payal silently. Payal couldn’t bear the mere silence of Krishna. She starts her verbal drama to win the heart of Krishna. She tries to convince Krishna whatever she did was to prove her love. May be she lied Krishna pretending of false pregnancy, but she just wanted to eradicate Bindiya from their life. She expected that listening her pregnancy news, Bindiya would leave their house.
Krishna doesn’t get convinced with the words of Payal. But Payal continues her drama so that she could able to convinced Krishna somehow.
Meanwhile, Bindiya comes into the room and requests Krishna to return home. As he didn’t come here informing anyone, Indu has been overthinking for him. Bindiya doesn’t give any attention towards Payal and asks Krishna to return Shukla house. But Payal requests Krishna to take her with them.
Nidhi suggests her family members to keep Krishna away from Payal, so that she couldn’t able to manipulate him again. She is confirmed that Payal will definately try to win the heart of Krishna. Baldev and Indu also agree with this suggestion. When Vikram expects that only Bindiya will return them Shakshi empathetically says that both the sisters will return home. She bates with her husband on this issue.
Finally, Krishna brings back Payal with them. In the car, Payal expresses her overwhelming emotion as she is being taken home by Krishna. Suddenly, Bindiya drives the car towards the Chiraiya village. Seeing the odd route, Payal gets agitated. She gets wondered why Bindiya has taken the route of Chiraiya. Krishna and Bindiya both explain that she will be kept in this village. Before leaving, Payal requests Krishna to fulfill her last wish.
