Epsiode starts with the conversation between Nidhi and Bindiya. Bindiya gives a nut pasted milk shake to Nidhi, but Nidhi yells at her, and calls her mother. When Indu realises that Basanti has messed up the shakes with each other, Indu lashes out Basanti. She rebukes how she forgets this simple this. She also explains that Krishna and Payal have gone through a critical surgery. Bindiya couldn’t understand why Krishna have had a surgery. Taking the right milk shake, Bindiya gives it to Krishna and requests to drink it.
Through the conversation, Bindiya understands that Payal and Krishna have both gone through the same surgery. Krishna and others also show their gratitude to Payal. Payal starts her drama and says she has not overdone anything, she just saved her own life because her life is based on Krishna. Bindiya realises that Krishna and Payal both have joined their hand to befool others.
Indu screams at Gauri since she has messed up with the wall. Gauri wants everyone to be invested in this trivial matter so that Bindiya would get the chance to find out the report in Krishna’s room. Sakshi’s resentment also comes out seeing the mischievousness of Gauri. She apologies to Indu touching her feet, at the same time, Krishna arrives in the house and rebukes Indu to forbid this child. Krishna justifies her action giving the example of his own childhood days.
Reading the wall, he understands Gauri is a fast learner, she has learnt everything whatever he taught her yesterday. Krishna also promises that he will bring copy books and will surely play with her. Gauri assures she will not do any mischievous things.
On the other hand, Bindiya finally finds out all the files from the drawer when other become busy with Gauri. Though she gets the file but couldn’t understand what is written there and decides to meet doctor to consult for once.
After few hours, Bindiya and Gauri intentionally untie the rope of their pet cow. To get some time to consult with the doctor, they fake to run behind the cow. Finally, they come into the doctor’s chamber, and comes to know about the falsity of the report. The doctor assumes that this surgery is not true, because these medicines are very basic multivitamin tablets. Bindiya understands Payal has been befooling everyone. She is suggested to investigate in the hospital, so that every doubt will be cleared. Bindiya doesn’t believe that Payal could give her own kidney for someone else and decide to keep their eyes on Payal.
