Episode starts with Payal coming down the stairs with a little kid. Seeing her, Krishna wonders what Payal is doing here since she is not part of the act. She tries to portray Bindiya as Kaveri and excite Amma. She starts acting and asks Kaveri to leave her husband Manohar. Amma’s memory starts coming back and she thinks Bindiya is Kaveri. She goes and grabs the rifle. Amma says she won’t leave Kaveri and asks Manohar to move. Baldev tries to take the rifle from Amma’s hand but she fires. It hits the chandler and it falls down. Krishna somehow saves Bindiya. As the bullet in the rifle turns out to be real, everyone gets scared.
Amma fires again targeting Kaveri and it hits Bindiya. She falls down on the ground. Amma starts saying that Kaveri died. The doctor asks Amma to keep the rifle down. Amma asks Manohar to move and leave her since Kaveri is dead now. Krishna tries to explain to Amma that he is Krishna and this is Bindiya and not Kaveri. Baldevs grieves the situation. Bindiya holds Amma’s feet and starts singing the song that calms Amma and brings her back to consciousness. She realises it’s Bindiya and then sees the blood in her hands and faints. Krishna asks Amma’s doctor to attend to her. The doctor says that she needs a surgeon so he must take her to the hospital.
Krishna lifts Bindiya in her arms and runs to the car. As Payal comes forward and says that she would also go with him, Krishna angrily asks her to shut up. Krishna drives Bindiya to the hospital. Krishna reaches the hospital but due to the doctor’s strike he doesn’t get to go inside the hospital. He drives to another hospital and asks Bindiya to not give up. Baldev asks Vikram to use his source and try to get information about Krishna and Bindiya.
Amma’s doctor says that she must have fainted due to shock. He says that she might come out of the shock or might go into deep shock forever. Baldev prays to Lord for Bindiya and Amma’s recovery. Krishna reaches another hospital but fails to get a doctor’s help. Indu asks Nikku why he didn’t come down as Kaveri. Nikku says that they must ask this to Payal since she is one who came to him at the last moment and asked her not to go down.
Krishna asks Bindiya not to sleep and keeps talking to him. She asks why he wants her to talk to him today when he always feels irritated to listen to her. Bindiya says that even if she dies tonight, she will die in his arms so she won’t have any regrets. Episode ends.
