The Episode starts with Suman who comes into the cabin of the hospital to meet her husband. She becomes extremely emotional to see the poor condition of Teerth who is going through a lot because of the family issues. She talks with her husband who doesn’t even have any sense now. She hopes Teerth will again return in her life and they will start work together.
Vikram gets fired on Devika who attempted to kill Suman inspite of their agreement. Vikram has lost all the faith on Devika who has already broken her promise. He withdraws all the conditions from their agreement but Chandrakant comes there and motivates Vikram to work with them. Chandrakant wants to oust from Mittal house which will help Vikram to get Suman in his life. Being motivated by Chandrakant Vikram again joins his hand with those evil mens.

Suman believes Teerth will be recuperated very soon. She is nothing without his love. She strongly believes Teerth will again stand by his own feet. Suman decides to offer Puja to the almighty so that she could save the life of her husband. Geetanjali Devi begs Suman to save the life of her son. She tells her the details of that Puja.
Devika feels disturbed since she has failed to finish Suman instead of Teerth. She tried to murder Suman but now Teerth got injured. Suman warns that she will tolerate any hypocrisy of them. But Devika is well aware what she is going to do with Suman and her plan.
Suman asks Akhil to help her to execute their plan. She knows they have to work together otherwise it will be impossible to save the life of Teerth. Akhil is also asked to stay with his brother otherwise anyone could harm the health of Teerth. Vikram Devika and Chandrakant notice everything. Vikram decides to finish the life of Teerth which has been causing a resistance to get his love.
Chandrakant gives the responsibility to Devika to kill Suman. Devika promises she won’t take time. When Suman visits the temple, to pray the life for her husband.
