The episode starts with Rishi who screams with the name of his mother from his room. Hearing his tensed voice, Suman and Teerth both run towards the room and discover that Rishi has been struggling with his breath. The entire room is clogged with fire and smoke for which Rishi could hardly take his breath. Suman gets panicked to see Rishi who has been collapsing slowly. Suman doesn’t find any extra inhaler for her son and immediately runs towards hospital.
As soon as Teerth and Suman reach into the hospital, the doctor is requested to take care of their child immediately. They take Rishi inside the cabin but Suman is not allowed there. Teerth tries to pacify her behaviour but Bhoomi explains that someone kept a damage mobile phone in his room which caused the blast makes Teerth very angry. He starts yelling at his wife Suman and blames her as a irresponsible. Suman doubts whether Teerth himself kept the mobile phone in his room. Bhoomi also assumes that Teerth intentionally made this happened so that Suman will lose the custody of her son.
A misunderstanding is created between Bhoomi and Teerth. But Suman confirms that there is no guilt of Teerth here. May be he is an evil person but he can’t hurt Rishi intentionally. She wants to fight this battle together. Their intimacy makes Vikram very jealous and doesn’t want to allow Teerth inside the cabin. Suman herself also feels very irritated with the behaviour of Vikram and asks him to leave the spot.
Vikram gets hurt with the behaviour of Suman. At the same Devika comes there and mocks his helplessness. She manipulates Vikram to go against both Suman and Teerth so that her plan will be executed so easily. Vikram is compelled to believe that Suman has forgotten how to show the gratitude towards other who helped in her crisis.
The doctor foresees that there is a danger in the life of Rishi. They can’t assure whether Rishi could survive in the next 24 hours or not. Suman gets panicked but Teerth calms her mind. He assures there is nothing to be worried. They will try their best to give him the best treatment. Suman understands their concern and leaves upon Teerth.
Geetanjali Devi asks Suman to worship Mahadev so that she could get back her son. She also tells her mythical anecdote so that Suman would be inspired to keep a fasting in Shivratri. Suman decides to follow the words of her mother in law. Geethanjali Devi strongly believes that only Suman can save the life of Rishi with her devotion and sacrifice.
