In today’s episode, Saroj tells Balli that she can’t keep quiet anymore and will fight for their rights. Swaran asks her what rights she is talking about. Saroj replies those rights that Bebe snatched from her once. Swaran calls Bebe the legitimate wife of Kanwaljeet’s father unlike Saroj. She also informs them that Swaran Ghar was made by Kanwaljeet for her, her father in law had no role to play in it. Balli interferes and says that she has shares in Kanwaljeet’s property. He refers her as Swaran. Nakul asks him to behave properly with his mother.
Swaran scolds Balli for refering her as Saroj’s daughter in law again and again. She warns him to not take that name again. Saroj defends herself and Balli. Swaran calls both Saroj and Kanwaljeet’s father wrong for what they did in past. Swaran compares Balli with her sons and calls him ill mannered. She also says that Ajit can deal well with Saroj and her son, this time she won’t stop him. She says that Ajit is coming. At pharmacy, Nakul’s doctor spots Ajit and enquires about Nakul. He gives him Nakul’s reports and informs him that Nakul is diagnosed with liver cancer. He also informs him that Nakul is in stage one but requires immediate treatment.
Ajit gets shocked. Ajit thinks to give courage to Nakul and calls him. He discuss about his cancer, gives him hopes, promises to support him and get him cured. Swaran is on the other side of the call. She listens everything and gets speechless. Nakul requests Saroj and Balli to leave as it’s a special day for all of them specially Swaran. He gives a emotional speech like an ideal son. He holds Swaran’s hand and keeps praising her. Swaran hugs him. Nakul asks Yug to bring the cake. He makes Swaran wear Kanwaljeet’s cape and calls her their power woman as she is their strength. Everyone claps. He looks for Ajit. Ajit arrives and asks Nakul if he is fine.
Nakul says that he is alright. They all cut the cake. Saroj tells Balli that she can’t tolorate all these anymore. Balli asks her to keep patience. Nakul says that he promised Kanwaljeet that he would become Swaran’s hero, he will keep his promise. Ajit says that he will always be there with Nakul and take care of him. Nakul starts coughing continuously. He gets blood in hand while coughing. Everyone sees it and panicks. Swaran gets numb for a moment. Ajit tries to normalise the situation. Swaran shouts and asks to call the ambulance. She informs everyone that the situation is serious as Nakul has liver cancer. Everyone gets shocked.
Swaran tells Ajit that she picked up his call earlier. Nakul is taken to the hospital. Saroj, Balli call the incident as twist in the plot. Swaran, Ajit fill the forms. Nakul cries and asks Swaran to save him. Swaran gives him hopes and takes Aarav away. She cheers Aarav up as he weeps bitterly. Swaran comforts Bebe too. Jai enquires her about Nakul’s insurance if any. Swaran says that she knows everything and will give him the details. Swaran comforts Kiran and gives her hopes. She goes to Nakul and wipes the blood from his lips using her duppatta. The episode ends.
