At the beginning of the episode, both Gopika and Chirag together start breaking the wall in which Saksham is imprisoned. Gopika is shocked to see Saksham unconscious. She takes him inside the house and asks Saksham to open his eyes. Keshav thinks that they should go to the hospital. Gopika gets scared. Mithila consoles her and says that nothing will happen to Saksham, he will get well soon. Gopika checks his pulse and sees that he is not breathing.
She gives EAV to save him due to which Saksham regains consciousness. Mithila asks Chirag to bring water. Tears welling up in Gopika’s eyes, she hugs Saksham. Even Saksham become emotional. Mithila gives a glass of water to Gopika and asks Saksham to drink it. Saksham tells Gopika that he wanted to tell her about his feeling before 12 o’clock. Gopika tells him that it is not 12 o’clock yet. Saksham then tells her that he has fallen in love with her and that he will always be by her side.
Gopika smiles. Gopika also shares her feeling with him and says that she also loves him very much and wants to be together forever. Saksham hugs her. Mithila and the rest of the family are overjoyed to see them together. Mithila thanks God. Chirag says that it is 12, now they should cut the cake. Mithila says yes. Just then Priya comes there and is watching them.
She is happy to know that Saksham has survived. She comes to her car and sees that everyone is celebrating New Year but she is alone. She says that Saksham’s love has made her lonely and has also made her a criminal. On the other hand, Saksham is staring at Gopika. Gopika asks him what he is looking at. Saksham says that he is trying to find what was it that he was not seeing in Gopika for so long.
He thanks her then because she saved his life. Gopika says that she has not saved him. Kanha Ji saved him. After this, they both share romantic moments. Saksham tries to come near Gopika. Gopika blushes and tries to get away from Saksham. Saksham holds her hand and says that she cannot go away from him now. Gopika Feels Shy. Whereas Priya says that tomorrow she will win. Saying this she leaves from there.
Chirag comes to Gopika and Saksham’s room and tells them that the police want to talk to them. Saksham refuses to meet the police as he wants to share time with Gopika. But Gopika feels that they should go to the police. After this, the police promise the Modi family that they will arrest Priya as soon as possible. While further Gopika apologizes to Keshav because she spoke to him in a loud voice. Keshav forgives her. While Chirag asks Saksham to sign some papers. Gopika remembers the divorce papers and gets worried. Saksham tries to calm her down.
