Episode starts with Veer, who has been searching Kavya for hundred years. Getting some information, Veer runs to the forest and screams towards Kavya. But he doesn’t find her anywhere. But interestingly, Veer notices Tina there. Seeing the long face of Veer, Tina says the Kavya saved her when she was in the coffin. Veer tries blackmailing her to know his coveted information. Where is Kavya? But Tina doesn’t agree to say about Kavya easily. She gives him some clue where he could get Kavya.

Here, Kavya roams around the college for her target. Suddenly she notices Armaan and Isha together. Armaan asks Isha why she looks upset and also asks her about Viaan. She seems very disappointed as Viaan accused her as a slaughter. Armaan tries to come her down and kisses on her forehead. Here, Kavya, overhearing them, feels very jealous and runs from the place. Suddenly, Armaan links among the past incidents and doubts that Kavya is the behind all these events. He goes to recheck his thoughts. Isha is asked to return the hospital.

In the hospital, Kavya conspires something secretly and notices a blood bank. Isha goes to the cabin of Cherry and seeing a worried mother, Isha consoles Maya and gives the hope. Maya leaves in urgency. Meanwhile, Cherry feels suffocating, seeing her suffering, Isha calls the doctors. Here, in the blood bank, the nurse is threatened by Kavya and she is forced to tell her name as Isha. This name triggers off the anger of Kavya, kills her sucking the blood. Veer also reaches in the hospital following the clues of Tina. Veer assumes that Kavya is in blood bank as she is hungry for years. Meanwhile, he meets Isha in the hospital and doubts whether she is Kavya. But Veer realises that she is not Kavya.

After a few minutes, Isha and Armaan both reach in the blood bank. They both notice the dead body of nurse and confirm abouts the advent of Isha. Here, in the cabin, Veer tries to save Cherry but he is stopped by Mahek. He is also confronted by Mahek, as she doubts whether Veer has killed Mayor. Meanwhile, Armaan and Isha also reach in the cabin of Cherry. Armaan brings Veer in the outside and also interrogates him whether he has killed the nurse. Finally, Veer confesses that he has made Kavya free. They both start argue over the things. When Armaan fears that Kavya will be the reason of the destruction of this town, Veer confirms that he will make her understand. Later, Armaan also notices Tina and he is asked to leave the town as there will be new tremendous destructive force in the town.
