The episode starts with Sahiba packing Simran’s clothes. Sahiba sees the teddy that Angad bought for her and decides to take it to Simran. Manveer comes to Sahiba’s room and asks Sahiba if she is trying to scare her by calling Akaal to a side. Sahiba asks Manveer what is she doing while the cops were interrogating their working staff? Manveer says to Sahiba what else should she do and says she was not the one who interrogated them. Sahiba says to Manveer that she should have told the truth and says her family will forgive her if they know the truth from her not from someone else. Manveer says to Sahiba that she understood Sahiba wants to see her family humiliating her but it will not happen and leaves from there.
The doctor says to Angad that until Simran test results come out they can’t tell what is wrong with Simran? Sahiba comes to Angad and says Simran will be fine. Sahiba asks Angad to eat some food. Angad agrees. Angad changes his dress and gives it to Sahiba. Sahiba finds Seerat’s earrings in Angad’s jacket.
Sahiba comes to Seerat and asks Seerat what is her earring doing in Angad’s jacket? Seerat asks Sahiba if Angad also hides things from her. Seerat says to Sahiba that Angad came to pick her up from a party. Seerat also says to Sahiba that Angad gave his jacket to her as she was feeling cold at that time and says her earring might have fallen in it at that time. Seerat tries to create differences between Angad and Sahiba by creating suspicion between them by saying to Sahiba that she is also going to become like Manveer soon. Sahiba says to Seerat that Angad and her relationship is really strong and leaves from there.
Angad sees Sahiba upset and asks Sahiba what happened. Sahiba sees Seerat coming towards them. Sahiba leaves from there. Angad goes after Sahiba and asks Sahiba what happened? Sahiba asks Angad why didn’t he tell her that he went to pick up Seerat last night? Angad reminds Sahiba how they were looking for Seerat after he came home and says that’s why he didn’t tell her anything. Angad says to Sahiba that Seerat was quite drunk last night and says he went to pick up Seerat so that nothing wrong will happen with her. Angad says while they were coming Seerat talked in a way that she shouldn’t have but now Seerat is regretting it and asks Sahiba not to worry about it. Sahiba asks Angad if she should know something else. Angad asks Sahiba if he trusts her? Sahiba says yes. Angad gives his word to Sahiba that he will always keep her trust.
Angad comes and sees that all of the Brar family came to the hospital. The doctor calls Brar family to talk about Simran’s situation.
The doctor says to Brar family that Simran has an internal bleeding that’s why Simran isn’t waking up till now. Akaal asks the doctor if this hospital is capable of treating Simran or not? Jabjyot asks Akaal to calm down. Angad asks the doctor not to worry about the money and says to the doctor that they want best treatment for Simran. The doctor agrees.

Precap – The doctor says to the Brar’s that Simran is having an organ failure and they need to transplant an organ to save Simran. Angad asks the doctor not to worry about the money and do it. The doctor says there is no organ in the hospital. Sahiba says to the doctor that she will be the donor for Simran. The doctor reminds her that she is having a medical condition and says she might lose her life in this organ transplant. Angad says to Sahiba that he can’t live without her. Sahiba says she can’t live without Simran.
It is shown the monitor shows a flat line while the doctor is doing the operation on Sahiba and Simran. Angad shouts Sahiba’s name seeing the flat line.
