The episode starts with Inder sharing with Manveer how he feels about the situation. Inder feels helpless with Simran’s situation and blames himself. Inder asks Manveer if Simran will get well and cries on Manveer’s lap. Sahiba thinks why does the situation need to be this bad for two people to get together.
The doctor says to the Brar’s that none of them except Sahiba is not a good match to donate liver to Simran but Sahiba also can’t be a donor as her hemoglobin levels are really low. Sahiba still agrees to be a donor. Angad stops Sahiba and asks doctor to put Simran’s name on the waiting list for the donors.
Kirat and Veer feel sorry for Simran’s situation. Veer and Kirat say to Sahiba that they also sent their blood to test if they can be donors or not. Veer consoles Kirat.
The doctor later says to Brar’s that they put Simran’s name in the waiting list for liver transplant. Sahiba asks the doctor till how long will they have to wait for Simran to get a liver. The doctor says the 1 st person on their waiting list had to wait for 2 years to get a liver and says his operation is today. Inder asks the doctor if they have to put Simran in this condition for 2 years. The doctor says if they don’t find Simran a liver then she might not even survive for 2 days. Sahiba hearing this asks the doctor if the liver coming today for transplant is a match for Simran or not? The doctor says yes. Sahiba and Angad say to doctor that they would like to talk to the patient who is getting liver transplant today to wait for a few more days to get liver. The doctor says it’s hopeless and says they can try.
Sahiba and Angad come to Sameer and Pavitra. Pavitra asks Angad and Sahiba what are they doing here? Angad and Sahiba says that they would request Sameer to postpone his liver transplant operation and ask Sameer to wait for a few days to get another liver as Simran a 10 year old girl of their family is in dire need of that liver. Sameer and Pavitra don’t agree to it. Sahiba and Angad beg Sameer and Pavitra saying a little girl’s life is at stake and asks Sameer to give that liver to them.
Kirat sees Sahiba and Angad coming with a smile on their faces and asks Sahiba if Simran will get the liver. Sahiba says yes. The doctor gets ready to do Simran’s liver transplant operation but the doctor comes and says to Angad and Sahiba that Sameer and Pavitra have changed their decision and says they are not going to give them the liver. Angad thinks how can they do that.
Sahiba and Angad come to the SVA hospital to talk to Sameer and Pavitra. Sahiba and Angad ask Pavitra how can she give hope to them and later destroy them. Angad accuses of playing with their feelings. Pavitra says it’s them playing with their feelings. Angad asks Pavitra what is she taking about? Pavitra says to Angad about Manveer coming to them and offering rs 50 lakhs for the liver. Sahiba says to Pavitra that Manveer just wanted to save the little girl and asks Pavitra not to misunderstand her behaviour. A doctor comes and admonishes the Brar’s behaviour of trying a but an an organ and reminds them that is against the law.

Precap – It is shown the monitor shows a flat line while the doctor is doing the operation on Sahiba and Simran. Angad shouts Sahiba’s name seeing the flat line. Angad asks the doctor if there is a way to save Sahiba. The doctor says Sahiba went into a coma and says nobody can tell when she will wake up. Angad begs Sahiba to wake up and says he will love Simran just like an elder brother like she wants and will adopt Simran. Angad also says he also wants to tell her how he feels and asks Sahiba to wake up. A tear drop of Angad falls on Sahiba. Sahiba regains consciousness. Angad gets emotional seeing this. Sahiba later loses consciousness. The monitor shows a flat line. Angad feels devastated.
