The episode starts with the doctors preparing to do surgery for Sahiba and Simran for liver transplant.
Seerat asks Angad not to worry about Simran and says nothing will happen to her. Angad says he is also worried about his wife. Angad decides to go to Gurudwara and pray to God for both of their safety.
A doctor comes and asks Simran’s doctor to start doing Simran’s surgery. Simran’s doctor agrees. Ajith and Santosh come to Angad about ask him about Sahiba. Ajith and Santosh get emotional knowing that Sahiba went under an operation which is very risky for her. Ajith and Santosh ask Angad how could he allow Sahiba to do this. Angad says he tried to stop Sahiba but Sahiba didn’t listen to him. Santosh decides to stop the operation. Angad says to Ajith and Santosh that the operation has already started. Ajith and Santosh learn about Simran being Inder’s daughter and Sahiba thinking of Simran as part of their family. Ajith accuses Brar’s of putting Sahiba’s life in danger to save Simran. Santosh blames Angad for it. Seerat defends Angad saying Sahiba is responsible for her own decision not Angad. Ajith says nothing is going to happen to Sahiba. Santosh feels emotional and loses consciousness. The doctor checks Santosh and says Santosh has low BP and asks the nurse to take her to a side. Angad leaves from there.
Angad gets a call from the inspector. The inspector says to Angad that the phone no he sent is Manveer’s phone no and he would like to talk about it. Angad says he would like to talk to them after Sahiba and Simran’s surgery. The inspector agrees.
Gurleen says to Jasleen about what happened. Hansraj gets to know from Manveer that Angad learnt about Manveer’s involvement. Jasleen says to Manveer and Hansraj that Sahiba is donating her liver to Simran. Jasleen says she is going to the hospital. Hansraj suggests to Manveer that they should also go to the hospital to show they care about Sahiba.
The doctor says to his staff that they have to take extra care so that Sahiba will not have excessive bleeding when they take out the liver.
Angad prays to God about Sahiba and Simran. Jasleen asks where is Angad? Veer says he went out on some work. Jasleen comments on Angad not caring about Sahiba. Santosh decides to go to the Gurudwara to pray for Sahiba.
Santosh’s family and Veer come to Gurudwara and see Angad is already in the Gurudwara doing Seva for Sahiba and Simran. Sahiba’s condition is shown to be getting serious during the operation.
Angad prays for Sahiba’s well being while doing Seva. Sahiba’s condition is later shown to be stabilised.

Precap – It is shown the monitor shows a flat line while the doctor is doing the operation on Sahiba and Simran. Angad shouts Sahiba’s name seeing the flat line. Angad asks the doctor if there is a way to save Sahiba. The doctor says Sahiba went into a coma and says nobody can tell when she will wake up. Angad begs Sahiba to wake up and says he will love Simran just like an elder brother like she wants and will adopt Simran. Angad also says he also wants to tell her how he feels and asks Sahiba to wake up. A tear drop of Angad falls on Sahiba. Sahiba regains consciousness. Angad gets emotional seeing this. Sahiba later loses consciousness. The monitor shows a flat line. Angad feels devastated.
