The episode starts with Angad thinking about Sahiba while doing Seva in Gurudwara. Sahiba’s condition is shown to be stabilised.
The doctor comes out of the operation theatre and says to Brar’s that Simran surgery is a success. Sahiba’s condition is shown to be getting serious again. The Brar’s worry about Sahiba’s condition.
Angad and Inder come to the hospital. Angad gets to know from the Brar’s that they don’t know anything about Sahiba’s condition. The doctor comes out and asks the nurse for an o+ bottle.
Santosh says to Angad that if anything happens to Sahiba she will never forgive him. Inder asks Ajith to stay strong. Ajith makes a comment on the Brar’s.
Angad asks the doctor what happened to Sahiba? The doctor says they tried their best but because of excessive bleeding, Sahiba went into a coma. Santosh loses consciousness hearing this. Angad gets shocked hearing this. The doctor says they injected blood into Sahiba but it’s of no use. Angad asks the doctor to save Sahiba no matter what the cost. The doctor asks Angad to calm down. Ajith asks the doctor if they could meet Sahiba. The doctor says they are shifting Sahiba to ICU and they can meet her there.
Manveer sees Angad grief stricken and tries to console him. Manveer says she can’t see him like this. Angad says to Manveer that Sameer and Pavitra’s family agreed to give their liver but they decided to not give the liver after she offered money and insulted them. Manveer asks Angad if he is going to say about this to Brar’s. Angad says he would have told everyone by now if he wants to tell them. Angad blames Manveer for Sahiba’s situation.
Ajith and Santosh try to wake up Sahiba but Sahiba doesn’t open her eyes as she is in a coma. Inder thinks Simran is alive only because of Sahiba.
Angad comes to Sahiba. Ajith apologises to Angad for Santosh’s behaviour. Angad doesn’t mind it. Ajith and Santosh leave from there. Angad asks Sahiba to wake up. Angad says to Sahiba that he can’t see her like this and asks Sahiba to wake up. Angad lashes out at Sahiba as Sahiba doesn’t wake up. Angad gives SS nickname to Sahiba means Sachi Sikni as she saved Simran without thinking about her life. Angad asks Sahiba to wake up. Angad sees the monitors showing a flat line of Sahiba’s vitals. Angad calls for doctors.
The doctors check that Sahiba’s heart has stopped. The doctors ask Angad to move aside and give shock to Sahiba but it doesn’t restart her heart. The doctor says to Angad that his wife is no more.

Precap:- The nurses comes to take Sahiba’s body to the morgue but Angad doesn’t allow that and lashes out at them. Angad sends them away from the room and sleeps on the bed besides Sahiba’s dead body.
