The episode starts with Anurag keeping the saree he brought for Kajol silently and leaves. Bolti asks Anurag if Kajol will come to Puja today. Anurag is about to reply but Priyanka interrupts him and says that Kajol spilled Charnamrit so she won’t be able to come. Mahi Re plays in background as Kajol comes to mandap dressed in the saree given to her by Anurag and he stares at her. Anurag’s aunt takes Kajol to the front to do Puja. Anandita tells Arjun’s aunt that she doesn’t understand why Sharmila is treating Kajol like a guest of honor even after she broke her marriage with Arjun and insulted as so much. Anandita tells she cannot understand what is going on in between Anurag and Kajol. Anurag’s grandmother overhears there conversation.
Kajol’s aunt tells Thakur Maa that Chandana and the kids went to NGO. Thakur Maa gets worried that now Kajol will get into trouble because of her lie and tries calling Kajol to warn her. Arjun is struck in traffic and gets impatient. Thakur Maa prays to Maa Durga to protect Kajol today. Putul tells Anurag that Kajol is looking pretty in his gift. Anurag tells her to keep it a secret. Priyanka tells Anurag he has changed as he is wearing colorful clothes now. Priyanka asks Anurag if Kajol is more than a friend because she can clearly notice some connection between them.
Anurag tells the connection between them is his mother. Anurag tells Priyanka that Kajol was his mother’s favorite student and today she is here because of her and Anurag is also here because of his mother. Sharmila tells Kajol to start Sindoor Khela. Anurag states at Kajol dancing and plays the drum. Priyanka thinks Kajol has got enough attention and now it is her turn. Priyanka and Kajol dance as everyone watches them. Sharmila brings sindoor for sindoor khela and everyone applies sindoor to each other.
Anurag’s grandmother thinks she will make Priyanka daughter-in-law of her house. Anurag prays to God to give him a signal so that he can realize what is his feelings about Kajol. Sharmila prays to Maa Durga to make Kajol daughter-in-law of her house and she won’t need anything else. Kajol’s leg bends and she is about to fall but Anurag catches her in his arms and the sindoor falls on them. Anurag thinks Durga Maa has given her blessings to this relationship and how he won’t leave Kajol’s side and soon confess his love to her.
Chadana comes with Arjun and Naina and watches Anurag with Kajol. Naina tells Chandana that Kajol told us she is going to office so what is she doing here. Kajol tells Chandana that she cannot express how much happy she is that Chandana decided to come to Puja. Chandana pushes Kajol. Sharmila tries to take Chandana in side to clear her misunderstanding but Naina stops her. The episode ends with Naina insulting Kajol.
