The episode starts with Kajol opening her Almirah and a saree falls out. Flashback shows Bishu giving gifts to Kajol. Kajol told Bishu but this saree is extra. Bishu gave the saree to Kajol and told her to wear on next puja. Kajol thinks her father wants her to take part in puja. Thakur Maa brings food for Kajol but she tells her she will eat only after puja. Kajol tells her Bishu gave her this saree to wear on this Puja so she will ask mother and take part in Puja. Thakur Maa tells she told her that is enough. Kajol tells she doesn’t want any more misunderstanding with her mother so she will ask her and she is sure Chandana will understand it is not a celebration but a tribute to her father.
Anurag is thinking if Kajol will choose her heart or fall to her family pressure. Putul asks Anurag to tell her what he is thinking and she will keep it a secret. Anurag tells her he is thinking if Kajol will come today or not. Putul gives Anurag a flower and tells he will get his answer. Anurag starts removing petals thinking if Kajol will come or not. Putul asks Anurag did he get his answer? Anurag removes the last petal and says she will come. Anurag and Putul get excited and hug. Kajol tries to asks Chandana but Chandana doesn’t listen to her and asks her to bring tea.
Chandana tells she wants Naina’s marriage with complete celebration just like Bishu wanted Kajol’s. She tells Kajol to arrange all the money and not to be a part of the marriage. Thakur Maa thinks no one cares about Kajol’s happiness but she is alive and she knows it is wrong to lie but she will do it for Kajol’s happiness. Thakur Maa tells Kajol to get ready she has asked Chandana. Kajol asks did she really ask her,did Chandana allow? Thakur Maa told she has talked privately with Chandana so she asks Kajol to leave in the name of going to office or else Naina will create a scene.
Thakur Maa prays to Durga Maa that her lie doesn’t get caught. Anurag keeps looking at the entrance for Kajol. Priyanka comes to Puja and dances with the kids,she brings Anurag to dance with her but Anurag is waiting for Kajol. Panditji tells who will decorate Durga Maa because he can’t do that. Priyanka tells she will do it. Panditji tells if it was such easy work he would have done it himself. Kajol comes to the mandap and tells she will do it. Priyanka tells Panditji told this is the work of an expert. Kajol tells her father taught her to do this from childhood. Anurag tells it doesn’t matter if a girl does it or man and asks Kajol to do it. The episode ends with Anurag and Kajol decorating Durga Maa.
