The episode starts with Garv telling Titlie she has not accepted him completely or else she would not have made issue out of this matter and appreciated him. Garv tells he doesn’t know what to say and leaves. Bhakti comes there and Titlie says Garv did that so that her family and she doesn’t feel hurt but she hurt him instead and goes to convince him. Bhakti reminds Titlie she is one who was upset but she leaves behind Garv. Maina asks Monica where are Garv and Titlie. Monica tells to let them spend time together.
Titlie gets shocked to see Garv trying to smoke cigarette. He says he doesn’t smoke but he is doing it for first time because of Titlie. Titlie tells sorry and says she is not habituated of so much love. Garv says he will love her to the utmost and touches her face. Titlie looks at Garv. Koyal is upset about the fake necklace and sits aside alone. Baa mocks her about being fooled by own sister. Manikant tells Koyal that she already embarrassed him with the fake necklace atleast she should not spoil the day by her gloomy face.
Maina tells Koyal she will clear all her confusion once they go back. Ishani comes to flowershop and gets Titlie’s home address. She thinks she will never let Titlie unite with Garv. Bhakti inquires from Titlie if everything is fine, Titlie says she managed to make him agree and her reaction was unnecessary but Bhakti says her reaction was justified and asks Titlie if she doesn’t find all this strange. Garv comes there with Radha Krishna idol Titlie wanted to gift to Koyal and gives her. Koyal gets happy seeing it and teases saying Titlie is trying to flatter her. Titlie tells if it makes her smile she will flatter her everyday.
Garv tells Titlie he cares for her emotions. Bhakti still feels worried about Garv’s behaviour but Titlie tells her not to overthink. Garv comes and kisses Titlie on cheek and dances with her. Monica tells Garv to come home and continue romance on phone. While Garv is leaving he notices Ishani going to Titlie’s house but fails to see her face. Paresh compliments Titlie for bringing so many gifts. Titlie wants to tell him the truth but Jayshree stops her.
Ishani comes to meet Titlie. She tells she has something important to say. But before she can tells anything she gets call from Garv who inquired from her where she is. Ayesha lies about being in Delhi. Hiral tells Titlie Garv’s grandfather left his gift. So Titlie calls Garv but gets shocked to see already at her home. She tells him that she wants to introduce him to her friend. Garv tells he knows Ishani and they dated each other. Ishani makes excuses and leaves from there. Titlie gets teased by Garv for being jealous but he assures her that he only loves her. She thanks him for not hiding about his past and asks if he knows how Ishani got injured as she has a prosthetic hand. Garv denies knowing about it. The episode ends with Ishani being determined to show Garv’s true face to Titlie.
Precap Ishani will tell Garv that her prosthetic hand is punishment she got for loving Garv and when he gets out of control he doesn’t realise anything. Titlie also comes there.
