The episode starts with Megha questioning Titlie to accept she knows Garv better than her. She says how Garv’s anger took over Garv 2.0. But Titlie strictly refuses to her words. Titlie says old Garv used to hurt others but today she saw only pain in his eyes which is acceptable as he has been hurt by someone whom he lobed so much. Titlie says that Megha doesn’t understand what love actually is as she is being happy seeing Garv in pain. Titlie tells her that she isn’t eligible for Garv’s love.
Titlie declares that she will never go leaving the house and Garv. She promises to stand by Garv even if wants or not. Titlie tells she will be medicine of pain she has given to Garv. Megha gets hurt while going and Titlie mocks her.Titlie keeps disconnecting calls from Chintu who questions her about Garv’s anger and says he heard everything when he was on call with Dhara. Chintu suggests to inform truth to Jayshree so that she can talk to Garv. Chintu tells her to come to their home for some days so that they can together sort out the problem .
Titlie tells she will not go anywhere leaving her family and Garv. She says that since she has hurt him, she will find solution to cure Chiku so that Garv can forgive her too. Chintu questions how she will do something that doctors could not do for years. Titlie assures Chintu that soon everything will be sorted there. Alpa comes to Titlie’s house and calls out from Jayshree . She gets angry and says Jayshree has spoiled her life . She tells about being unaware of truth for years and blames Jayshree. She shows Jayshree and Hiten’s photo and says they have extramarital affair.
Baa says that Jayshree cannot do something like this and all this is just a misunderstanding. Alpa says her to call to Jayshree. She asks Baa if she already knew about all this and hiding purposely. Maina sits beside Chiku and recalls informing doctor to take him back. She feels guilty and asks forgiveness for not being able to recognize him. Manikant comes there and again asks Maina for hiding truth from her. She tells Manikant that he cannot be forgiven as he has taken away future of a child. She even says about him telling truth first to Koyal instead of her.
Chintu tells Baa that photo brought by Alpa is edited. Baa says that she knows her daughter in law well. Alpa still blames Jayshree for ruining her life. Hiten comes there and scolds Alpa. Alpa demands to call Jayshree or she will not leave. Baa tells her about Alpa showing some photo and saying that she has relationship in past with Hiten. When Jayshree doesn’t tell anything, Baa feels sick. Later Titlie stops Garv from leaving their room. She requests him to listen to her once. Megha comes there and says Titlie needs to give space to Garv. The episode ends with Megha asking Garv to sleep in Chiku’s room.
