The episode starts with Koyal waking Chiku up but he insists on sleeping more. Koyal tricks him to wake up by reminding it’s a very important day and it’s his birthday. She tells that on his birthday every year they decorate the house and bring lots of toys as well as big cake for him. She asks if he remembers anything about his birthdays earlier but Chiku denies. So she tells him to remember now onwards. Chiku and Koyal come out of his room and she tells him his younger brother Garv is waiting for him in the other room.
Chiku smiles happily seeing the decorations. There is Titlie waiting for him in Garv’s clothes and she asks him to close his eyes as she has surprise for him like every year. Titlie tells she is Garv and shows Chiku all the pictures of Garv and Chiku framed on the wall. Chiku slightly remembers his past seeing the birthday picture with Garv and cries. Titlie asks if he is fine and whether they should cut the cake. Chiku questions where others are . Koyal says everyone will come too but he has his best friend, his younger brother Garv with him so they should cut the cake together.
Drishti thinks that her plan failed and wonders if it’s a sign that what she is doing is wrong. But she decides to suicide again and tries to go infront of car on road. Chintu saves Drishti but she breaksdown saying him to let her die as she deserves it. Garv gets ready and finds one of buttons of his shirt missing. He calls Titlie for help and recalls his anger towards her. Megha comes there and says she will stitch it for him. Garv tries to deny but Megha insists to do it.
Megha comes with needle and thread and starts stitching button on Garv’s shirt. She keeps looking at him intensely. Megha asks Garv to take a decision. She manipulates him against Titlie for hiding truth about Chiku from him. She suggests to send Chiku back to hospital as he should not be around Titlie. When Garv denies sending Chiku anywhere, she advises to send Titlie instead. Chiku blows off candles and Titlie sings happy birthday song for him. Hearing the same, Garv comes there too. He sees Titlie and Chiku cutting cake together just like he and Chiku did as kids.
Suddenly there is power cut off. Garv is about to enter inside being angry but Koyal stops him. She reminds him how Titlie has always given him second chances. Titlie suddenly starts screaming for help from Chiku and acts like she is getting electrocuted. Chintu questions Drishti about the truth but she leaves without telling anything. She feels more hurt after hearing about Sandy being engaged. Garv gets angry and questions Koyal what if Titlie’s plan backfires. Chiku keeps getting flashback of his past and shouts for help from Garv as he did in the past. The episode ends with Chiku calling Garv and Badi Maa.
Precap Koyal will announce that Titlie will not go anywhere till Navratri. Garv will say Titlie can stay in room but she will ask him to tell the truth. Garv will say her to accept it as soon as possible and Megha will smirk.
