The episode starts with Titlie reminding Garv that his anger is spoiling their relationship. Even other family members have suffered at times because of his anger issues. Garv tells if she thinks he is sick and needs to get treated. He tells Titlie that she is one who needs to get treatment and leaves angrily. Titlie calls Megha who is seeing Garv’s photos. Manikant thinks today Garv and him were both infront of each other. Maina questions him about returning late from office but she when called at office even he wasn’t there. Manikant gets angry on her and says if she is trying to spy on him.
Maina tells she wanted to ask him to bring Ganapati idol like every year but Manikant gets annoyed and leaves the place. Titlie talks to Megha who manipulates her to do things her way to get Garv treated. She tells Titlie that people take mental illness as a secondary issue and makes Titlie think that she has to make her husband meet Megha through some excuse by hiding the truth. But Titlie tells that she and Garv do not keep secrets so she will convince him in some other way. Later Titlie feels doubtful about her decision while Megha thinks that Titlie cannot do anything without her help.
Alpa blackmails Maina to give her card and shows her the audio of Maina and Garv’s conversation. Maina remains shocked hearing it. Alpa teases her saying what if Titlie or Manikant gets the recording and asks for her credit in return of keeping it from others. Garv does his workout and thinks of Titlie’s words about taking help of therapist to cure his anger. Titlie goes to Garv to give him his protein shake but Garv ignores her. Koyal notices the same and questions Titlie if she again fought with Garv.
Titlie tries to hide the truth but Koyal tells she can see Garv’s eyes full of love for her so she can see the sadness too. Koyal tells because of such small misunderstanding, when a third person will enter in their relationship she will not even find about it. Koyal reminds her to keep mending it with their love so that her relationship with Garv gets stronger. Titlie thinks Koyal has cleared her confusion and hugs her saying she is very cute. Koyal plays along saying she knows it.
Titlie ignores Garv intentionally when he asks her for blazer. Garv asks Titlie to give the blazer as he is getting late. When he is about to leave, Koyal comes there with his lunch and mistakenly drops it on his shoes. Garv gets angry on Koyal and says he will eat in the canteen. Titlie thinks Garv misbehaved with Koyal for first time. Maina comes there and taunts Koyal again making her feel guilty. When Titlie tries to defend her, Koyal tells her to keep quiet and blames her ownself for spoiling Garv’s mood. Titlie and Dhara try to make Koyal feel better. Manikant comes there but he smiles seeing Koyal’s fake moustache. The episode ends with Manikant snatching hospital form from Titlie.
