The episode starts with Titlie praying to God to help her find a way to convince Garv to meet psychiatrist. She receives audio text from Megha asking if there is any progress and asks her to take her help if needed. Garv reaches there and questions Titlie why she called him there. Titlie argues with him and tries to convince him to go to meet psychiatrist. Garv strictly denies going there so Titlie asks how long will he keep denying. Garv shows her the doors of temple which have iron clogged on them, he says once the doors have iron removed he will finally agree to her and leaves from there.
Alpa teases Maina and says because of card she has become favorite amongst her friends. Maina asks if she has come to thank her and gets annoyed saying she hates people who take advantage of her. But Alpa taunts her back saying she is one who knows to take advantage of others. Chintu confronts Dhara for ignoring him and not answering his texts. She tells she will answer and leaves. Some guys bodyshame Dhara for being overweight. Chintu scolds them and they ask him if he will make girl like Dhara girlfriend. Chintu tells he definitely will as Dhara is perfect for him shocking the latter.
Titlie starts cleaning the temple door to remove the cast iron. Priest tells her hands will get scratched but she keeps cleaning. Garv reaches home and recalls his behaviour with Koyal seeing her. He asks if they should go to eat her favorite ice-cream go together. Koyal says he doesn’t need to do all this for feeling bad about his behaviour instead just hugging her is enough. Titlie asks Koyal where Titlie is. Maina comes there and says she keeps doing whatever she wants. Garv realises she might be still at temple.
Garv hurriedly reaches temple and catches Titlie who is about to fall unconscious. Garv gets shocked to see the gates cleaned by her. Titlie tells she has fulfilled his challenge and asks if now he will come with her. They share cute moment as Titlie requests Garv to pick her up in lap and take her home. Megha keeps seeing Garv’s picture and receives Titlie’s text saying she has convinced her husband to meet her. Megha gets excited to meet Garv again.
Garv and Titlie reach hospital. She tells Garv to go inside Megha’s chamber while she prays to god. She hears someone chanting and goes to find who it is. Manikant is there too getting Chintu transferred. Garv gets angry as Megha does later in coming there. Titlie reaches psychiatry ward searching for the voice but nurse advises her to leave as the guy is very weird. Garv angrily breaks the glass and Megha enters the chamber. She tells she wanted to understand his extent of anger before starting the treatment. Megha gives Garv plates and tells him to break them. She provokes Garv by her words and tries to agitate him further. Megha badmouths Titlie for trying to control Garv. The episode ends with Garv getting angry on Megha.
