The episode starts with Garv and Titlie arrives for Muh Dikhayi ritual. Garav informs everyone including those who against their marriage is present in this ritual to Titlie. One of the guest urges Koyal to start the ritual. Koyal opens the veil of Titlie and gets shocked seeing the latter is crying. Everyone gets shocked. Koyal and other’s asks Koyal what happened. One of the guest make comment against Garv’s family. Garv recalls everything that happened. He then takes Titlie with him. Manikant asks Monica to find out the issue. Koyal intervenes saying she will find out. A lady creates an argument between both Koyal and Manikant.
Garv takes Titlie to his room. His previous behaviour is shown. He takes a belt and approaches Titlie. Meanwhile, Jayshree tells Chintu that Garv will never hurt Titlie as he loves her so much. Paresh hears it and gets furious. Here, Garv asks the reason behind going against his wish in front of everyone to Titlie. Titlie expresses her pain. Garv lashes out at her. He further accuses Paresh and family for the way they treated her. Titlie gets shocked. She tries to defend but Garv shuts her up and orders her to get ready to perform Muh Dikhayi then leaves. Koyal hears everything from outside and looks on.
There, Paresh shouts at Jayshree and Chintu for talking about Titlie who has turned Garv against her. He talks about his sacrifices for Titlie then throws all the things of her. He then gets chest pain and falls unconscious shocking the family members.
Here, Koyal confronts Titlie for getting upset over Garv who is defending her for the way her family is treating her. She also asks why Titlie isn’t getting angry whenever Garv goes against her wish? Titlie becomes speechless. Koyal calls Titlie as a lucky girl for having a husband like Garv who does everything to make her happy and protective. She also advises her to start considering Garv’s family as her own then leaves.
Titlie receives a call from Chintu. Meanwhile, Garv tells his family members that Titlie will be take part in Muh Dikhayi ritual. Titlie ignores everyone and approaches the doorstep shocking everyone. They all wonders what happened. Garv stops Titlie from leaving. Titlie pleads Garv to let her go saying Paresh is hospitalized. Garv asks her to perform the ritual first. Titlie refuses but Manikant arrives and makes Garv let go of Titlie. Garv looks on furious.
Titlie comes to the hospital. Jayshree questions her for leaving her Muh Dikhayi ritual but Titlie expresses her worry for Paresh. Hiral accuses Titlie for Paresh’s state and asks her to leave immediately. Baa also accuses Titlie. Titlie tries to clear the misunderstanding but fails so she feels helpless. Bhakti calms down Paresh and family. She then notices the mark on Titlie’s hand and asks her what happened. Titlie recalls Garv holding her hand harshly. Garv comes to the hospital. He threatens the doctor and send him to treat Paresh.
There, Manikant expresses his disappointment towards Titlie but Drishti and Monica defends it. Koyal supports Manikant and the latter praises her which makes Koyal happy. In the hospital, Garv ignores Titlie. Paresh and family learns through the doctor Paresh had a panic attack. Paresh refuses to talk to both Garv and Titlie. Garv takes his blessings then leaves. Titlie feels helpless. Jayshree asks Titlie to go back to her in law’s house. Titlie looks on.
Precap: Garv leaves Titlie in the hospital. Koyal accuses Titlie and then packs her bag and throws outside. Garv and Monica tries to stop her. Titlie arrives there and gets shocked.
