The episode starts with Koyal and Manikant doing Ganesh aarti which shocks Maina. She thinks from years she has been doing the aarti but this time Koyal replaced her because of Titlie. Megha feels annoyed seeing Garv and Titlie happily doing Puja together. She enters Titlie’s bedroom and sees her picture on the wall angrily. She says that she hates Titlie’s smile. Megha burns Titlie’s picture hung on the wall and smirks. She rushes outside. Koyal tells Titlie to go and get dakhshina for panditji.Titlie enters her room and gets shocked to see fire.
Garv notices Titlie missing and wants to go to look for her but Maina stops him. Titlie gets trapped in fire in the room and struggles to breathe because of the smoke. Megha comes and sits in Puja with everyone. Garv sees the mice and smiles. Drishti screams seeing it. Garv follows the mice and thinks Titlie would have caught it easily. He reaches room while following the mice and gets shocked to see Titlie trapped inside in the fire. Garv screams loudly which makes all the family members come there. They stop him from entering the room directly.
Garv runs to get the water hose and puts off the fire. He jumps in the room and panics seeing Titlie fallen unconscious. Garv carries Titlie to hall and makes her lie down. Megha thinks she did not want to hurt Titlie. Doctor checks Titlie and assures she is fine. Titlie gains consciousness and coughs. Garv tells Titlie how he got afraid seeing her state and makes her drink water. Titlie tells Garv thank you while the latter says both version of Garv loves her. Manikant asks how room caught fire. Titlie tells when she entered room she saw her picture burning and even noticed a lighter kept there.
Titlie tells Megha was not there in Puja. Garv questions Megha where she was. She lies about being in washroom and Maina saves her. Koyal tells Titlie to freshen up. Garv insists to help but she denies. However Garv lifts her up when she keeps feeling dizzy while walking. Megha and Maina both get annoyed. Megha is about to leave when Koyal questions her about injury on wrist and she lies about it. Maina tells she will drop her till outside. After going out, Maina questions Megha if she will not ask why she saved her .
Maina says its fine because Titlie was caught in fire but if Garv was hurt she would not have left her. She asks Megha to tell her real reason behind burning Titlie’s frame. Megha lies and says she hates Titlie because of her selfishness. She says about being Garv’s therapist and how Titlie is overpowering him. Megha manipulates Maina against Titlie saying she is doing wrong with Garv as well as their whole family which made her angry so she burnt the photo in anger. The episode ends with Maina getting influenced by her words.
Precap Koyal prays for Titlie and Garv’s distance getting reduced. Maina asks Megha to help her get Garv rid of Titlie from his life.
