The episode starts with Garv walking off without eating halwa leaving Titlie disheartened. But he comes back and gives Titlie a gift saying he bought it for her ritual. Koyal asks him to taste the halwa and asks if it’s better than hers. Titlie feels upset when he says no but then he says there is no comparison of the halwa as his wife has made it. Koyal feels bad but tells Alpa to see how Garv takes care of Titlie inspite of her fighting with him. Garv gets angry again and goes inside the room. Titlie follows him to room and says she was going to office but got stopped by Koyal for the ritual.
Garv asks Titlie why she told Koyal about their argument. She says when two people talk loudly other family members can hear them. He angrily takes her to car and says her talk there instead. Garv puts on Titlie’s seat belt and takes her somewhere. Titlie keeps saying that she knows he did not push her intentionally. Titlie sees a dog on the road and asks Garv to stop the car. She goes to check on it and Garv notices truck coming from behind.
Garv pushes Titlie aside and himself meets with fatal accident leaving Titlie shattered. Police comes to Mehta house and tells Koyal to call Garv as domestic violence case has been filed against him. Titlie takes Garv to hospital and keeps crying thinking Garv loves her so much that to save her ,he out his own life in danger. Koyal tells Garv didn’t do anything. Police tells her to call Garv’s wife so that he can do inquiry. She scolds the policeman and makes them leave saying Garv is innocent.
Titlie prays for Garv and nurse asks her to sign the consent form. She thinks to inform her family and realizes she left her phone in car . Maina says Manikant he should not have said that Monica’s in laws can treat her way they want. She tells how Monica felt bad about it. Manikant says her to focus on Garv instead and she asks if he is questioning her upbringing. Manikant says he listens more to Koyal and even she knows it. Both Maina and Manikant gets calls shocking them. Titlie keeps crying as Garv’s condition is serious. Her family reaches hospital and Paresh asks about how it happened.
Maina questions Titlie what happened to Garv and she says he met accident while saving her. Doctor says Garv has internal bleeding and they cannot say anything unless he gains consciousness. Koyal blames Titlie and tells her to stop faking her tears. Manikant calls it’s accident but Koyal says all this is planned by Titlie. She also says about Titlie registering complaint against Garv at police station for domestic violence. Titlie denies but Koyal keeps blaming her for fighting with Garv. She says about Garv being staying in office whole night. Manikant taunts Titlie for filing the complaint. The episode ends with Titlie crying helplessly.
Precap Garv gains consciousness and says till Titlie is with nothing can happen to him. Inspector comes to arrest him and asks Titlie about being pushed by him.
