The episode starts with Garv and Titlie participating in the dance competition . They start dancing on the folded paper. For the final round Garv stands one one feet and picks up Titlie in his arms. He assures Titlie that will win and she smiles happily but suddenly Garv loses his balance and both of them fall down. Everyone starts laughing and Titlie takes it sportingly too. She laughs and teases Garv by saying he made her fall down. However Garv feels humiliated by the same and angrily slaps Titlie infront of everyone leaving all of them shocked and Titlie shaken.
Titlie holds her cheek and cries being heartbroken. Garv keeps looking at her furiously. He pulls her towards him questions if his respect is fun and joke for her. Kya hua Tera Vada plays in the background as Garv realises what he did after seeing Titlie’s cheek being red. Titlie leaves from there and guests questions Garv’s behavior. He angrily throws chairs and starts drinking. Titlie recalls Garv’s past aggressive behavior and has a breakdown. Meanwhile Garv keeps breaking things in the bar. Titlie feels completely numb with the situation.
Ankit calls the man who had filed complaint against Garv for being attacked by him. The guy is hesitant but Ankit assures him to give him protection if he is ready to give evidence against Garv in court. Titlie packs her luggage and recalls how Garv slapped her seeing herself in mirror. Garv comes there and holds her hand from back. She doesn’t talk to him. Garv tells Titlie that they still have time to leave and they can talk first. The latter says she has already packed the luggage and he can come when he wants.
Garv stops Titlie but she recalls how Garv said coming to honeymoon was his biggest mistake and even slapped her so she leaves. The guy denies giving evidence against Garv and Ankit feels angry thinking why no one is ready to talk against Garv Mehta. But then Garv’s ex girlfriend Ishani comes there and says because Garv is very manipulative person. Garv and Titlie are on the way back to home and Titlie gets audio text from Dhara complimenting pictures of Garv and Titlie. Ishani addresses Ankit as brother and tells him to stop trying to find ways to punish Garv.
Ankit tells how Garv pushed Titlie and may be he even hits her but she is blind in his love and will never complaint against him. He is determined to teach Garv a lesson. Garv stops the car mid way and asks Titlie to come out. He tells he knows she felt bad and says how he lost control by seeing everyone laughing at him. He asks her to scream at him but atleast say something. Garv tells he can understand she is upset with him and even he is feeling the same. He says he will punish his hand for hitting her. Garv starts hurting his hand by hitting on the car but Titlie remains silent. The episode ends with Titlie telling Garv he is responsible for her tears.
