The episode starts with Gulab telling Heer to sit beside Nawab and Gulab gives her ring to exchange with Nawab. Heer is helpless now she regrets whatever she has done. Heer’s dreams are broken because of her and Gulab assures Heer nothing is happening bad for her. Buzzo reaches the hospital but the security stops him and Nawab holds Heer’s hand tightly. Gulab is very happy and she shows everyone how Nawab is responding. Gulab tells Dilip that Nawab is happy and Buzzo wants to enter the ward anyhow. Gulab tells Nawab to wake up now and she assures him no one can separate him from Heer not even Heer. Buzzo tells the whole fact to Manjeet and the pandit ji tells to exchange the ring but Manjeet stops them. Manjeet tells Taiji that it’s the big day for Nawab and Heer so they deserve a photo. Manjeet tells Heer to sit beside Nawab and Manjeet takes the photo while exchanging the ring. Suddenly Heer and Nawab get a shower of flowers. Manjeet intentionally does not tell the fact because he has gone very greedy and he demands Dilip for the urgent marriage. Manjeet distributes sweets among themselves and Heer sees the ring.
Everyone is happy with the expensive gifts and they all congratulate Heer for the jackpot. Nilu apologises Heer for not stopping and Heer tells Nilu she will definitely study. Priti gives the letter to Heer and she learns she has passed the entrance exam. Nilu asks Heer will she get permission to study.
Heer shows the letter to Taiji and Manjeet tells Taiji not to allow her. Taiji didn’t listen to Heer and Heer requested Taiji not to leave her. Heer requests Taiji to allow her and Taiji tells Heer that the Brar family will decide. Heer decides to take permission from Gulab.
Heer prays Bhagwan ji about her pain and she wants Nawab to get well soon so that she lives her life. Heer requests Bhagwan ji to help her in the interview also.
Gulab sends Dilip to see his sister to Delhi and Dilip doesn’t want to go. Gulab assures Dilip that Nawab will be fine and she insists him to go. Dilip kisses Nawab’s forehead and Heer gives prashad to Dilip. Heer shares the news to Gulab about her admission and Richa tells Gulab that girls get spoiled after getting admission in CPU . Gulab tells Heer it’s not necessary to study because she is connected with the Brar family and she will support her family. Heer wants to stand on her feet and Gulab tells Heer it’s her final decision. Heer remains quiet and she apologises to Nawab because she doesn’t want to fight with her mom. Heer tells Gulab it’s Nawab’s wish to get her admission in CPU. Heer tells Gulab if she doesn’t want then she will not take admission and she apologises to Nawab for not fulfilling his wishes. Gulab allows Heer for the interview but the final decision will be her once Nawab wakes up and she warns Heer not to get arrogant.
