The episode starts with Heer getting hurt in the clash of Nawab and Arjun. Nawab holds Heer and asks her to get up. Nawab lifts Heer in his arms and starts running to the hospital. Heer is bleeding and Nawab takes her in the car. Meanwhile Dilip and Gulab reach the college and Nawab feels sorry for Heer. Nawab doesn’t know what is between him and her. Nawab’s hands are of the blood of Heer and he brings her immediately to the hospital. Nawab requests the doctor to see Heer and the doctor takes her inside the operation theatre. The nurse asks Nawab to fill up the form and Nawab doesn’t know the name of Thala vati. Arjun starts accusing Nawab for Heer’s condition and they start fighting again in the hospital. Koyal tells them to calm down while she fills up the form.
Gulab and Dilip didn’t find Heer in the college.
Koyal informs Anmol that Heer is in the hospital and Anmol informs Gulab about Heer’s condition. Dilip and Gulab reach the hospital to see Heer and Nawab hide after seeing them. Nawab hears that his parents are here to see Thala vati and he is afraid of his parents knowing about him. The nurse points out a boy who brings Heer at the hospital.
Anmol comes to Sunny to take him where she saw him with a girl.
Gulab sees Arjun and the nurse confirm that he is one of them who brought Heer. Arjun tells Dilip that Heer tries to stop the fight between two groups and the doctor inform that Heer is out of danger. Dilip transfer Heer at the separate cabin.
Luckily Sunny saves himself and Anmol can feel doubts because she found a lipstick inside his cabin.
The doctor tells Dilip they will have to keep Heer for one night observation and Gulab finds Arjun’s involvement. Arjun and Koyal think that they are very rich and Koyal tells Arjun that they might be Heer’s local parents. Dilip asks them to go and Nawab sees his parents showing concern for Heer. Dilip tells Gulab that Heer is like his daughter and he will not leave her but Gulab wants to go. Dilip tells Gulab he will drop her home but before that he wants to meet the doctor. Nawab feels relaxed that Heer is fine and he wants to know the name of Thala vati. Nawab takes the file but the nurse asks Nawab to leave but Nawab tells her he is her boyfriend. The nurse tells Nawab to sit while she changes her iv drip.
Sunny tells Anmol that it’s his lipstick and Anmol wants to take him to the hospital but he doesn’t want to go. Anmol asks Sunny what Heer has done to him and Anmol remembers that Heer has told her about a girl who was closed with Sunny.
Nawab tells Heer to believe him because he doesn’t want to hurt her and Nawab feels sorry for her. Heer opens her eyes and she calls Nawab only. Nawab sees a J locket in Heer’s neck and he starts thinking about her name. Heer calls herself Juliet and suddenly Nawab hears that Dilip is coming to the cabin. Heer holds Nawab’s hand and Gulab is back home.
Gulab tells everyone she has found a new target for Heer and Heer holds Nawab’s hands. Nawab tries to go but Heer holds him tightly and Nawab hides under the bed because he doesn’t want to get caught. The nurse tells Dilip that he forgot to take the invoice and Dilip goes to take it. Nawab tells Juliet to let him go today and he will come to meet her tomorrow because he wants to know the connection between her and his parents.
Gulab tells everyone that Heer is having something with Arjun and Richa tells Gulab that Heer might be dating someone. Gulab tells everyone that Dilip is taking care of Heer and her Nawab is suffering because of Heer. Gulab calls Heer characterless and Sunny takes coughing. Anmol tries to justify that Heer is not a bad girl and Gulab calls her naive. Jimmy assures Gulab that they find about Heer soon and Gulab wants to know about the boy then only she will convince Dilip.
Heer asks Koyal for Nawab and Koyal tells Heer that her parents are doing the formalities. Koyal tells Heer that Arjun is feeling sorry for her and Koyal tells Heer that this time it’s not Nawab’s fault. Koyal tells Heer that Tina is behind this conspiracy. Heer tells Koyal that Nawab and Tina are one team and Koyal clarifies her that Nawab and Tina are getting broken up. Nilu comes to meet Heer and Heer apologises to Nilu for not submitting the fees on time. Nilu asks Heer how she gets hurt and she asks Heer why she didn’t tell her about Nawab. Nilu tells Heer she will not leave her alone and Heer tells Nilu how she will confront her about Nawab. Nilu asks Heer why she was taking Nawab’s name and Nilu calls it God’s plan. Nilu tells Heer that Rab wants her to stay with Nawab and Heer starts thinking about the coincidences. Heer tells Nilu she doesn’t know Nawab and she tells Nilu to say Rab ji not to waste time. Nilu tells Heer to speak the truth to Nawab and Heer tells her that Nawab doesn’t want to tell anyone about his marriage. Nilu tells Heer that it’s not a coincidence and one day Nawab will realise. Nilu tells Heer to tell Nawab about the truth.
