The episode starts with Heer getting discharged from the hospital and she thinks about her mother’s suggestion. Heer collides with the staircase and she falls on Nawab’s arms. Heer asks Nawab what he wants and Nawab tells Heer he wants to talk to her. Nawab gives a bouquet to Heer and Heer doesn’t want to accept the bouquet. Nawab keeps the bouquet on her bags and Nawab calls her Juliet. Nawab tells Heer that Thala vati suits her and he wants to talk to her about something important. Nawab stops Heer’s way and he asks her to trust him. Nawab tells Heer he didn’t do anything and Heer asks Nawab for a lie detector test. Nawab is ready for the test and Heer starts questioning him. Heer asks Nawab if he plans with Tina and Nawab says the truth. Heer asks Nawab why he came to save her and this time Nawab says the truth. Now Nawab starts questioning Heer how his parents know her and Heer tells Nawab that his father is giving her sponsorship. Heer tells Nawab that his parents are decent and he is an idiot. Heer thinks about her mother’s suggestion and she goes to ask another question from Nawab. Heer asks Nawab if he is married and Nawab says no. The lie detector machine finds the truth and Heer tells Nawab that his parents told her that all their sons are married. Nawab admits in front of Heer he is technically married but he doesn’t like each other and he blames the girl for his life in trouble. Heer learns the truth and he asks Nawab if he hates that girl. Nawab tells Heer that he hates the girl and the girl has destroyed his life. Nawab requests Juliet not to tell anyone about his secret and Juliet promises Nawab that she will tell anyone. Nawab wants to have a lie detector test on Juliet by asking her if she will not tell anyone and Nawab learns that Juliet will say anything to anyone. Heer and Nawab make a deal and Heer walks away feeling broken. Nawab also gets restless and he also feels the same for Heer and just then Tina sees Nawab. Tina tells Nawab she came to say sorry to Thala vati but Nawab didn’t trust her.
Anmol finds a bill of 60000 for a necklace and she starts doubting Sunny. Anmol asks Sunny for whom he has brought a necklace and Sunny tells Anmol this necklace is for her. Sunny asks Anmol if she was doubting her and he starts yelling at her. Sunny backfired at Anmol and he walked away.
Heer is back home and Dilip apologises to Nilu for not taking proper care of Heer. Nilu tells Heer to take care of her and Dilip tells Anmol to take Heer in her room. Gulab asks Heer about the bouquet and Heer tells Gulab that her friends came to meet her. Gulab asks Heer about the names of the friends and Dilip tells Gulab to let Heer rest. Gulab thinks she will expose Heer one day with the proof.
Arjun thinks about Heer and his sister tells him to go meet Heer. Arjun tells his sister that Heer is discharged and his sister asks Arjun what’s going on in his mind. Arjun tells his sister that Heer got injured because of him and his sister tells Arjun he is hiding his feelings for Heer. Arjun denies what his sister told him and Gulin sends a voice message to Heer. Gulin tells Heer that her brother likes her and the message goes to Heer.
Heer is about to listen to the voice message but Arjun deleted it. Arjun is worried and Heer takes the medicine without seeing the message.
Heer asks Anmol why she is worried and Anmol tells Heer she is worried about her husband whom she doesn’t want to doubt him. Anmol tells Heer that she made Sunny upset and Heer apologises to Anmol. Heer prays that Sunny bhaiya stay loyal with Anmol bhabhi.
Nawab decides to leave the house of Tina and he decides to move on with Buzzo. Nawab tells Tina he is leaving because she is doubting him and Tina starts blackmailing him but Nawab is determined.
Arjun asks Koyal what Heer told him and Koyal tells Arjun that Heer was upset. Heer is back at college and Koyal asks Arjun to ask directly to Heer about the message. Heer’s legs slip and she falls on Arjun’s arms. Nawab starts feeling jealous and he thinks about Heer. Nawab holds his heart and stares at Heer. Nawab thinks what’s going on and Arjun apologises Heer. Arjun tells Heer he doesn’t want to hurt her and Heer tells Arjun he and Nawab should control their anger otherwise they should not go to the disciplinary committee. Arjun tells Heer he should stay away from Heer and Nawab tells Arjun he will stay away from him and Heer.
Nawab, Arjun and Heer go to the committee where Arjun and Nawab keep arguing. The Dean blames Heer for the fight and he wants to restigate them all but he gives them punishment to paint the old building.
Heer warns Arjun and Heer. Nawab holds Heer in the classroom.
