The episode starts with Sartaj saving Ekam and Nehmat by lying that he had sent Nehmat with Ekam for shopping as he had some work. Nehmat wonders why Sartaj is lying. Just then, Nehmat notices Harleen and Jasmine. Ekam also sees them. Ekam taunts Jasmine and insults her. Sartaj asks Ekam to show Harleen the dresses he bought for her. Ekam obliges. Nehmat lies that Ekam took her here to do shopping for Harleen. Harleen happily sees the dresses. Jasmine says that she’s not a fool for not understanding what they’re trying to show. Ekam indirectly threatens Jasmine to expose her misdeeds. Harleen thanks Ekam for the dresses. She goes to try them. Sartaj mocks Jasmine by asking her to keep in control of her blood pressure. He asks Jasmine to return to Canada so that they can all live in peace. Sartaj says to Ekam that he is leaving with Nehmat and asks him to come with Harleen after finishing shopping. Nehmat holds Sartaj’s hand and leaves with him.
Naaz goes to Jasmine and says that Nehmat and Ekam are secretly meeting. Harleen wonders why Sartaj saves Nehmat and Ekam. Naaz says that Sartaj and Nehmat’s relationship is fake and tells her what she overheard. Jasmine wonders what Sartaj wants and why Nehmat and Sartaj aren’t eloped yet. Naaz says that she also wonders about the same, so she’s spying on them.
Sartaj and Nehmat are on the way. Nehmat asks Sartaj to stop the car. Nehmat asks why he is pretending to not know anything when he knows everything. Sartaj says that he handled the situation to avoid any confusion. Nehmat thinks of telling Sartaj the truth, but she changes her mind after remembering Ekam’s threat. There, Ekam worries about whether Sartaj learns the truth. Here, Sartaj teases Nehmat, asking if she wants to confess her love to him, if she really wanted to marry her by seeing his personality. Nehmat asks Sartaj if he doesn’t doubt her after seeing her with Ekam. Sartaj denies. He says that he knows Nehmat and, moreover, Ekam is married now. Nehmat expresses her gratitude towards Sartaj for supporting her despite hardly knowing her. Sartaj says that he wanted to show Nehmat that love was fake, but she made him believe in love again. He says that Nehmat smiles. Nehmat praises Sartaj for his goodness. She goes to Gurudwara. Sartaj says to himself that he can’t make the same mistake again. Nimmo sees this.
Nehmat cooks in Gurudwara. She cries, recalling Ekam’s behavior. Nimmo asks Nehmat if she’s fine. Nehmat blames herself for being responsible for the sadness of her loved ones. She wishes that she could have died. Nimmo asks Nehmat not to give up. Nehmat worries about Ekam’s stubbornness and regrets accepting his condition. Nimmo denies. She consoles Nehmat by saying that she accepted his condition to bring Ekam and Harleen close and expose Jasmine. She reassures Nehmat and asks her to have faith in God. He will show her the right path. Nimmo leaves. Nehmat asks God in mind what is the aim of her life. Nimmo prays to God for Nehmat.
Ekam goes to his room and is surprised to see the decorations. Harleen closes the door. She puts a garland around Ekam’s neck and welcomes him. She says that Ekam must be tired after running behind the criminal. She says that it’s a wife’s responsibility to take care of her tired husband. Ekam says that Harleen is too good and he doesn’t deserve her. He says that he is forced to do what he does with her. Harleen ignores his words as she doesn’t understand what he’s talking about. She urges him to lie down on the table.Harleen dances around Ekam and removes his coat. She dances with him by massaging his shoulder. She asks Ekam to relax. Ekam feels guilty for doing wrong with Harleen.

Precap: Sartaj spills in front of Nehmat that she’s pregnant. Nehmat is shocked to realize that she’s pregnant with Ekam’s child.
