Episode begins with Sartaj scolds Nehmat for being careless when she is pregnant. Nehmat gets shocked hearing him. He realises that Nehmat don’t know about her pregnancy. Nehmat recalls the moments she shared with Ekam. She also recalls that how Sartaj took care of her. She holds her stomach and smiles. She says that she is going to become a mother ( Title song plays in the background ). He gives water to her.
She asks him that from when he know. He tells her that he saw her report. He apologizes to her for not informing her earlier. He says that he know the child is Ekam’s and he thought Nehmat is waiting for the right chance to tell to Ekam. She tellls him that she can’t tell about her pregnancy to Ekam. He tells her that it’s Ekam’s child and Ekam deserves to know that. She tells him that it’s complicated situation. They gets shocked seeing Ekam there.
Nehmat feels dizzy. Sartaj holds her. Ekam asks that why Nehmat is feeling dizzy a lot. Sartaj tells him that Nehmat had head injury that’s why. Ekam says that he will take Nehmat to hospital. Sartaj tells him that he will take care of Nehmat. Ekam says that he want to talk to Nehmat. Sartaj tells him that Nehmat is not in the condition to talk to him. He sends Ekam from there.
Later, Nehmat goes to gurdwara. She sees a pregnant lady getting blessings. She tells herself that she would not have forgive herself if anything happened to her child then. She recalls that how she and Ekam talked about their child. In the past, Ekam tells Nehmat that he know she will become both mother and father to their child if they got separated then. So she tells him that they won’t get separated because they are Nehmat and Ekam.
She comes to reality and she tells God that no one can go against him. She says that Ekam is going to become a father and she can’t even tell about it to him. She asks God that in which situation he put her. Sartaj comes there and he prays to God.
After some time, Sartaj asks Nehmat that when she is going to tell about her pregnancy to Ekam. He says that he can understand her even though he don’t know her story. But Ekam is child’s father and he deserves to know about his child. Nehmat tells him that she can’t tell about her pregnancy to Ekam. She thinks that she has to make sure Harleen gets closed to Ekam.

Precap – Ekam gets arrested for accepting bribe. Nehmat asks Jasmine that why the latter is troubling Ekam when she got separated from him.
