The episode starts with Nehmat telling Naaz that she’s doing wrong. Naaz says that Nehmat is also doing wrong by meeting Ekam secretly, despite Rupy and Jayveer’s refusal. She asks why she’s coming between her and Varun when she never interferes between her and Ekam. She accuses Nehmat of being jealous of her for having a better boyfriend than her. Nehmat refuses to let Naaz ruin her life because of Varun. Naaz asks if she wants to control her life. She says that then she will tell their grandparents about Nehmat secretly meeting Ekam. She leaves. Nehmat becomes teary eyes. She sneezes.
Mallika and Nehmat are on a video call. Nehmat sneezes. Mallika asks if she is fine and asks if she checked her body temperature. Nehmat says that she did and it’s around 100°. Ekam hears this. He recalls forcibly feeding herbal tea to Nehmat when she was sick. He thinks that Nehmat isn’t well and goes to meet him. Mallika says that only Ekam can cure Nehmat. Nehmat reminds her that they broke up and hangs the call. She recalls Ekam telling her that they shouldn’t meet till they find who wants their separation. Nehmat misses Ekam. Nehmat is shown driving the jeep. He wonders how long they have to stay away from each other. Here Nehmat talks to her and Ekam’s photo frame. She asks when they will meet. She says that Naaz went on the wrong path and she doesn’t know what to do. She hugs the photo frame.
Naaz is on the balcony, on a video call with Naaz. Varun is upset with Naaz for Nehmat insulting him. Naaz assures him that she made Nehmat understand and she won’t interfere between them hereafter. She apologizes to Varun on Nehmat’s behalf. Ekam enters Sandhus’ house through the balcony without Naaz noticing him and goes inside. Varun hangs the call. Naaz receives Varun’s message. Varun demands Nehmat to apologize to him to continue their relationship. Naaz blames Nehmat for whatever is happening. She decides to tell Rupy about Nehmat meeting Ekam secretly.
Ekam enters Nehmat’s room and finds her sleeping hugging his and her photo frame. He caresses her hair. Nehmat wakes up and is shocked to find Ekam there. He asks what he is doing here. Ekam says that he can’t hold back after knowing she’s not well. He thought about going to Gurudwara, then thought about meeting his God. He says that Nehmat is his God. Nehmat hugs Ekam. The flower vase falls down. Naaz hears this sound and enters Nehmat’s room to check. Ekam hides under the bed. Nehmat pretends to sleep. Naaz turns on the light. Nehmat pretends to wake up from sleep. Rupy, who also heard the sound, arrives there to check. Rupy and Naaz say that they heard a sound, while Nehmat denies hearing anything. Naaz picks up the fallen vase and asks how it fell. Nehmat says that she doesn’t know. Rupy says that it must have fallen due to wind and asks her to close the window.
Naaz obliges, but looks around with suspicion. Nehmat asks Naaz not to sleep with her as she has viral fever. Rupy agrees with Nehmat. Naaz doubts that Ekam has come to see Nehmat as it’s not possible that he didn’t come to see her when she’s not well. After Rupy and Naaz leave, Ekam comes out of his hiding. Nehmat asks Ekam to leave. She says that he shouldn’t have come. Ekam reminds Nehmat that it never happened that he hadn’t come to see her when she wasn’t well and it would never going to happen.
Advait and Mallika are on call. Advait enquires about Nehmat and Ekam and asks if they met secretly. Mallika says that it seems that they really broke up, so Ekam didn’t go to see Nehmat despite her not being well. Advait starts to believe that Ekam and Nehmat really brokeup. Meanwhile, Ekam and Nehmat are sitting on the terrace. Nehmat feels bad about meeting Ekam, secretly lying to her family. Ekam says that they’re doing this to find the person who attacked Nehmat. He says that he can’t take any risks when it’s about her safety.
Nehmat says that Jayveer wants him to stay away from that case for his safety. Ekam says that staying away from that case is like staying away from Nehmat, which he can never do. Ekam expresses how important Nehmat is to him. Nehmat hugs him, saying that she can’t live without him. She asks him to leave that case. She says that she doesn’t want to find her parents’ culprit at the cost of Ekam’s life. She says that she can’t bear losing him and will die. She cries.
