The episode starts with Nehmat taking Rupy and Satti to the basement to prove that Advait kept her captive there, but she’s shocked to see the basement to see party members working there. Shamsher smirks. Naaz and Neeru lie to prove Nehmat wrong. Naaz and Neeru say that Nehmat knew that the basement was now used for election campaign work and she took tea and snacks to the party people. Nehmat denies it and says to Rupy that there was a bed there and a chair in which the nurse used to sit and inject her to keep her unconscious. Nikhil wonders if Shamsher and Advait could do like this. Advait sees Nehmat’s one bangle lying on the floor. He kicks it under the carpet.
Ekam is worried about Nehmat and wonders what would have happened in Kapoor’s house. Harleen tries to talk to Ekam. But he walks into the room and closes it. Harleen says to Mallika about Nehmat’s decision to divorce Advait. Mallika asks Harleen if she’s scared that Ekam will return to Nehmat. Harleen says that she understands that Ekam loves Nehmat, but she also loves him. Mallika assures Harleen that she and Renuka will never let Ekam reunite with Nehmat after what she did. She says that Ekam will see her dead if it happens.
Naaz and Rama ask Rupy to take care of Nehmat. Advait says that Nehmat got a shock due to her miscarriage, so she is acting like that. Nehmat asks Advait to shut his mouth. She asks him to stop covering his deeds. She asks if he wants to prove her mental. She vows to get Advait exposed in front of the media and the public. Advait asks Nehmat to calm down. Nehmat pushes Advait away. Advait asks Nehmat if she wants to kill him. Rama says that Nehmat has become mentally unstable due to the shock. Advait says that Nehmat got two shocks. One she saw her BF with another girl, which is a bigger trauma than her miscarriage. Advait says that she really lost her mental balance. Rama says Shamsher to ask Rupy to take Nehmat to their house for awhile. Shamsher agrees with her and asks Rupy to take Nehmat home. Nehmat goes to Advait and says not to think that he won. She says that he has to pay for the deeds towards her. Advait smirks and says good luck.
On the way to the house, Nehmat is sad, recalling how Naaz and Advait proved her wrong. There, Nikhil feels bad for not telling the truth because of Kapoor’s threat to harm Nehmat. Naaz says to Nikhil that they are a family and have to do what’s good for their family. Shamsher praises Naaz. Nikhil asks Shamsher if they really kept Nehmat captive. Shamsher shouts and denies it. Neeru blames Nehmat. Shamsher gestures to Rama. Rama and Naaz try to convince Nikhil that Nehmat was lying. But Nikhil refuses to believe that Nehmat could never lie against their family. He angrily walks away. Advait worries about Nikhil taking Nehmat’s side. Naaz assures them to handle Nikhil.
Swaroop asks Nehmat to take her of herself after her miscarriage. Nehmat asks her grandparents if they also think that she lost her mental balance and is blabbering. Rupy says that she’s not well and they will talk about it later. Nehmat asks Rupy if he trusts her. Rupy assures her that he trusts her. Nehmat asks her family if they trust her that she isn’t lying. Swaroop tries to reassure Nehmat and says that girls go into a depression after a miscarriage. Nehmat shouts that she wasn’t pregnant and the Kapoors are lying. She shouts that she isn’t mental and not lying, but they aren’t trusting her. She runs from there crying. Rupy recalls a childhood incident with Nehmat and says that Nehmat can never lie. Swaroop agrees with Rupy, but says that they can’t blindly believe Nehmat after seeing what happened in the Kapoors’ house.
Nehmat cries, sitting in her room, recalling Advait and Neeru speaking ill of her and Ekam. She receives Ekam’s call, but she doesn’t receive it as she doesn’t want anyone to blame Ekam, who has always supported her and never crossed his limits with her. There, Ekam is desperate to talk to Ekam. He angrily breaks the glass.
Harleen goes to Ekam. She picks up the broken glass pieces. A glass piece pricks her finger. Ekam is concerned about Harleen and wants to get first aid for her. Harleen stops Ekam and says that he is also in pain. She asks Ekam to share his pain with her. Ekam says that Rupy messaged him that they had brought Nehmat back home. He says that he wants to know what happened in Kapoor’s house, but Nehmat isn’t receiving his calls. Harleen asks Ekam to go and see Nehmat. Ekam doesn’t want to as it would create problems for her. He worries about Nehmat. Harleen wonders if she gets such love. She can’t see Ekam disturbed, so she decides to help him. She makes an excuse and leaves. Renuka sees this. She says that Harleen loves Ekam so much. She is determined to never let Harleen go away from Ekam’s life and let Nehmat return to Ekam’s life. Meanwhile, Nehmat is determined not to let anyone blame Ekam in any situation.
