The episode starts with Ekam pulling Nehmat towards him. Nehmat asks him what he is doing. Ekam shows the reporters waiting for Nehmat. He doesn’t want them to disturb Nehmat with their questions. He offers to drop her at home. On the other hand, Naaz visits the Sandhus. Naaz asks her family about Nehmat. Lovely says that she went to Gurudwara. Naaz pretends that she wants to help Nehmat. She takes Kapoor’s side in front of the Sandhus. She gives Satti a psychiatric number and advises her to take her to him. Swaroop and Lovely also agree with Naaz. Satti agrees and says to Naaz that she will talk to Rupy and if Nehmat agrees, she will take her to the doctor. Naaz smirks and thinks that Nehmat will be out of Kapoor’s house forever if she agrees.
Nehmat and Ekam are on the way. Nehmat is surprised that Ekam has still the toy that she gifted him and asks Ekam about the same. Ekam says that he has lost the one who gifted it and wants to at least keep her gift safe. Nehmat and Ekam recall a happy memory of theirs in which they talk about spending their life together. Nehmat thinks that they aren’t meant to be together, while Ekam thinks of removing the distance between him and Nehmat.
Advait meets Mallika. He asks Mallika what Ekam and Nehmat’s next move. Mallika asks Advait to say first if Nehmat took her name. Advait says no. He says that Nehmat is more trustworthy than her. He scolds her for calling Nehmat there. Mallika laments about listening to Naaz. Advait didn’t hear Naaz’s name and asks her who asked her to do it. Mallika doesn’t reveal Naaz’s name and says that she just wanted to take revenge on Nehmat. Advait says that he also wanted to take revenge on Ekam for exposing his affair with Veronica in front of his family, which shocks Mallika. The latter argues with Advait for using her to take revenge on Ekam. Advait scolds Mallika. He asks her to never show her face to him again.
Naaz, Satti, Swaroop and Lovely are discussing Nehmat. Naaz says that Nehmat hasn’t yet returned home. She might have gone to meet Ekam. Swaroop agrees with Naaz and speaks against Ekam. Satti asks Naaz to leave before Nehmat arrives, as Nehmat might react angrily if she sees her. Naaz gets angry and claims that she cares for Nehmat. Just then, Nehmat arrives. Naaz hides. Nehmat sees the snacks and tea and asks if any guests have come. Satti lies to Nehmat. Naaz hears this hiding. She says that Nehmat is a big dramebaaz, so she lied about Advait kidnapping her. She wishes that it could be true.
Harleen is wearing Ekam’s police cap and acting like him. Ekam arrives there and scolds her. Harleen says sorry to him. She says to Ekam that Nehmat is fine as she met her. Ekam is surprised that Harleen visited Nehmat. Harleen says that, after all, Nehmat is her cousin. Ekam thanks Harleen. The latter says that she did it so that Ekam doesn’t skip meals anymore, worrying about Nehmat. Ekam recalls Nehmat’s words and says to Harleen that the Kapoors proved Nehmat wrong in front of her family. He adds that Advait trapped Nehmat.
Rupy gets angry when Satti says to him about taking Nehmat to the psychiatrist. Rupy firmly refuses. Just then, Renuka arrives. Rupy and Satti greet Renuka and welcome her. Renuka complains to Rupy and Satti about Nehmat. Rupy refuses to listen to anything against Nehmat. Renuka says that they have to listen to her. Renuka accuses Nehmat of not letting Ekam move in his life. Nehmat hears this. Satti says to Renuka that Nehmat is busy with the problems in her married life, so she doesn’t have time to think about Nehmat. Renuka says that Nehmat met Ekam in Gurudwara, which shocks Rupy and Satti. Rupy says that they both might have visited Gurudwara and came across each other accidentally there. Renuka continues to criticize and blame Nehmat. Rupy stops Renuka. He refuses to hear anything against Nehmat. Rupy and Satti request Renuka to leave for now. Nehmat thinks of talking to Renuka. On the other hand, Harleen says that Nehmat decided to separate from Advait. Ekam says that Advait won’t let Nehmat easily leave him. He refuses to leave Nehmat’s side and is determined to help Nehmat to fight her battle against the Kapoors, even if she doesn’t want his help.

Precap: Renuka asks Nehmat to leave Ekam. Nehmat promises Renuka that Ekam and Harleen’s wedding will take place very soon. Advait threatens Nehmat. He says that she won’t escape from him. He will forcibly take her back home after winning the election.
