Episode starts the argument between Nehmat and Sartaj. Sartaj insults Nehmat with cruel words which leaves Nehmat speechless, she also tries to argue for her own logic, but the dispute is triggered off when Sartaj assumes whats she has been doing for money and for her own self. He rudely throws a bundle of money to the face of Nehmat and makes her uncomfortable. Nehmat also blames him and reminds him how he was apathetic towards her.
Suddenly, in the office, Ekam reminds that tomorrow will be the birthday of Harleen. He wants to celebrate the birthday of Harleen in a grandeur way, as already the two families have suffered many unwanted situation, and there is also a heavy weather has cast upon the two families.
Here, collecting all the notes Nehmat also insults him back. She keeping her spine straight, returns all money back and emphasizes that what she is doing is not sake of the money. Nehmat also points out clearly he couldn’t buy her and also threats him. Sartaj asks Nehmat why is he helping him if she doesn’t want any money or position. Nehmat explains why she was helping him. Until the nurse is not coming or takes the of Sartaj, she will just take care of him. That’s it. Sartaj stares at her.
Suddenly, Nehmat meets the mother of Sartaj in the way of her. She asks Nehmat where she is going. Meanwhile, Sartaj falls in the floor losing his balance, his mother and Nehmat help him to stand, his mother notices the notes and asks Nehmat what’s going on. But both don’t say anything to her, but she doubts some dispute was going on between them.
Here, Harleen wants to gift a dress to Nehmat finding her by hook or crook. Here, the preparation of the party gets started. Everyone starts to dance and celebrate the moment. Actually, Ekam wants to rehearsal the dance performance with Rupy and Satti. Ekham also guides elders how to dance. Everyone becomes exhausted after dancing. Renuka asks what kind of dress they will put. They all seem excited about the party. Here Naaz also thinks how she would spoil all these plans and preparation.
Ekam calls Harleen where she is now. She lies her. But Ekam asks her to come home after finishing her work. Here, Nehmat prepares medicines for the Sartaj. She also brings a sharp knife to protect herself. Sartaj is asked many questions. When Nehmat prepares the injection, Sartaj is reluctantly says he will not take any injection. Obstinately, he says he will not let Nehmat do her experiment on Sartaj. When finally Nehmat makes him understand, that the medicine is necessary, she proceeds to put it on his arm. But out of fear, he holds the hand of Nehmat. Sartaj confesses that he feels afraid of injection. Nehmat makes fun of him. Again Nehmat prepares the syringe. Finally, Harleen reaches the hospital and asks about Harleen to the reception. The authority informed that there was a patient of a dhaba with whom Harleen was.
Episode ends.
Precap: Harleen learns that Nehmat is with the patient of that dhaba. She reaches to the house of Sartaj. She also overhears the conversation between Sartaj and Nehmat and links some incidents. Later, when she meets Nehmat, Harleen blames her as a conspirator.
