The episode starts with Armaan’s mother blaming Aasma for trying to kill Raj. Everyone is worried about her. Armaan lashes out at Aasma and asks what she did to his brother. Aasma tries explaining herself but Armaan doesn’t let her speak a word and keeps saying that his brother is his life. His whole family blames Aasma. Aasma’s family comes there and they lash out at them too blaming themselves for bringing their enemy’s daughter to their house. Armaan angrily pushes Aasma down and her bangles break hurting her hand. Armaan paid no heed while Aasma’s father is furious at the way his daughter is treated. Armaan asks them to take their daughter away from there. Aliya is scared that something would happen to Armaan’s family as she only wanted to put the blame on Aasma.
Aasma’s father is fuming at the way his daughter was treated and decides to not let them go easily. However Aasma says that their situation made them react that way and anyone would behave this way. The nurse asks for a sign in consent form for surgery while everyone breaks down. Armaan’s father signs it and surgery starts. On the other hand, Aasma is praying for Raja’s health. Raja’s surgery gets over and the Doctor tells something to the family. Armaan immediately takes his bike and leaves somewhere without even listening to Aliya’s words. He straightaway comes to Aasma’s house to find her praying to God. He takes a stick and gives it to Aasma asking her to punish him. He reveals what Doctor told to them that Raja never suffered any food poisoning but he had a bloot clotnin his brain. He regrets for the way he treated her and demands her to punish him. Aasma forgives him saying that she can understand his condition. Armaan promises to stand by her side whenever she needs someone in her side.
Bua continues blaming Aasma and says that she bribed the doctor but Armaan’s sister tells that she had the kheer made by Aasma. Armaan’s father asks her to stop blaming Aasma as the one who has the kheer is safe and sound. When Bua still doesn’t stop , Armaan comes there and shouts at her to stop. They both fight but everyone supports Aasma. Armaan’s father blesses her and haves the kheer made by her. He gives her gift. Aliya witness it all and gets angry. Armaan goes back to hospital where Aliya hugs him and asks about Raja’s condition. Armaan says he’s fine and tells that Aasma is not as bad as they thought. Aliya says may be but it doesn’t matter as they are just using her. Just then Aasma comes there and Aliya hides. She gives Prasad to Raja and food for Armaan. Armaan tries sending her away but he forces her to it. He then gives her ointment for her wound while Aliya fumes seeing it.
Precap: Armaan’s father gives him a ticket to Kashmir but he refuses to go. Armaan and his father gets into a fight.
