The episode starts with Harleen regaining her memory after seeing Ekam’s picture on the news channel. At Randawa’s house, Alia asks Renuka why Ekam hasn’t come yet. Renuka assures her that he might be on the way. Just then, Ekam arrives. Alia hugs Ekam. The latter looks around searching for Nehmat. Cherry teases Ekam and laughs with Renuka. Ekam goes to change his dress.
Ekam goes to Nehmat. Nehmat runs to Ekam and asks if he is fine. Ekam puts his finger on her lips to silence her. He assures Nehmat that he is fine and nothing can happen to him when she’s with him. He says that he was eager to return to his wife and daughter. Ekam says that he has a surprise for Nehmat and asks the latter to close her eyes. Nehmat obliges. Ekam holds a mangalsutra in front of Nehmat. Nehmat opens her eyes and smiles at seeing the mangalsutra. Ekam puts the mangalsutra around Nehmat’s neck. He merges his forehead with hers and expresses his love for Nehmat.
Meanwhile, Harleen gains consciousness. She says Ekam Randawa. She remembers Nehmat wanting her daughter back. She gets up, shouting Alia’s name. Here, Ekam feels lucky to be with Nehmat. He kisses her hands and hugs her. There, Harleen says that Ekam Randawa is her husband and Alia is her daughter. She gets up, wanting to go home right away else someone will take her daughter away. The priest and the doctor agree.
Here, Alia arrives, holding Ekam and Nehmat’s hands. She introduces to the guests Ekam as her dad and Nehmat as her mom. There, Harleen wonders how Alia would have survived without her and Ekam might miss her. Here, Ekam introduces Nehmat as his wife. The family is happy with Nehmat and Ekam’s reunion and say that they’re destined. There, Harleen tries to recall what happened before the accident, but she gets some flashes, but can’t remember exactly. She asks the doctor to take her to Ekam and Alia quickly. Here, Nehmat and Ekam dance. Then Ekam and Nehmat dance with Alia. The family joins them.
Alia’s birthday cake is brought. Satti removes evil eyes from them. Nimmo is emotional and thinks that Sartaj must be happy at seeing Nehmat happy. Ekam and Nehmat start the countdown. Harleen reaches Randawa’s house. Alia blows the candle and is about to cut the cake. Just then, Harleen arrives there and calls out to Alia. Everyone is astonished at seeing Harleen. Alia runs to Harleen, screaming maa. She hugs Harleen, crying. Harleen breaks the hug and kisses her.
Harleen then looks at Ekam. Ekam asks Harleen if she’s fine. Harleen says to the doctor that Ekam is her husband and Alia is her daughter. Nehmat is happy to see Harleen alive and is about to hug her, but Nimmo stops her and nods no. Harleen is about to faint. Ekam holds her. Nehmat asks the doctor what happened to Harleen. The doctor says that Harleen isn’t well and instructs her to take her to the room. Ekam obliges.
Alia asks Harleen to wake her up. Alia asks what happened to her mom. The doctor says that Nehmat lost her memory and regained it after seeing Ekam on the TV. Alia asks if she remembered her. The doctor says that Harleen used to take Alia’s name before gaining her memory and after that she took Ekam and Alia’s names. The doctor advises the family not to tell anything that will traumatize Harleen. Nehmat agrees. Ekam and Nehmat discuss with the family. As Harleen doesn’t know about Nehmat and Ekam’s wedding, Nehmat says that they should keep it away from Harleen as she bears any shock. The family wonders how to make Alia understand this. Nehmat decides to talk to Alia about it.
Nehmat goes to Alia and asks her not to call her mom hereafter. Alia sadly asks why, if she’s not her mom. Nehmat says that she will always be Alia’s mom, but she should call Harleen as mom and her mum and her as Mam. Ekam hears this. Alia asks why she should lie. Nehmat says that they can lie for Harleen’s recovery and will tell her the truth when she gets well. Alia agrees. Nehmat hugs her. Nehmat then goes to Harleen. She replaces the family photo frame of herself with Ekam and Alia with the photo frame of Harleen-Ekam-Alia crying. Ekam sees this.
The episode ends.
Precap: Ekam is in a dilemma and expresses it to Nehmat. Jasmine tells Harleen that Nehmat and Ekam got married after she left. Harleen vows to destroy those who wronged her.
