The episode starts with the mehendi artist applying mehendi on Nehmat. Jasmine watches this from far. Mallika feeds her food. Harleen instructs the mehendi artist about the mehendi she should apply on Nehmat. Ekam arrives there. Jasmine smiles looking at the medicine in her hand. She thinks Nehmat’s happiness won’t last long. Renuka greets Jasmine then takes her aside. Ekam kisses on Nehmat’s cheek. Nehmat scolds him. Ekam demands a kiss from her. Nehmat kisses him. Ekam asks her to meet him in the room for her gift then leaves.
Nehmat makes an excuse then goes to the room. Ekam makes Nehmat wear a churni. They both looks at eachother on their reflection. Nehmat gets emotional realising that the churni is Tejo’s. Ekam tells her that he knows how important her parent’s are to her so he decides to give this as her gift. Which she can keep it with her and feels their presence. The FB shows Satti giving Tejo’s churni to Ekam asking him to give it Nehmat and she will feel good. Ekam kisses Nehmat. Nehmat asks Ekam to share the churni on their heads to get her parent’s blessings. Ekam tries to get romantic. Nehmat scolds him. Ekam tells that no one can separate them now anymore
Here, Harleen dances to a song during mehendi ceremony. Ekam and Nehmat watches it with a smile on their face. Ekam kisses her. Harleen sits between Ekam and Nehmat and dances then takes them with her and everyone dances happily. Jasmine recalls Doctor’s words and mixes the capsule. She then makes Ekam have the sweet saying it’s prasad. Harleen announces Ekam and Nehmat’s dance. They both dances infront of everyone. Harleen gets sad but forces a smile on her face. Ekam receives a call from a shopkeeper who confirms him, his gift is ready so asks him to collect it today itself as he is going somewhere.
Ekam agrees. He then informs Nehmat the same. Nehmat tries to convince him otherwise but fails. Ekam leaves the place. Nehmat recalls whatever happened during her engagement ceremony. Ekam on his way tells himself that Nehmat is unnecessarily worrying about him but after seeing his gift she will become happy. He collects the gift and tells he can’t wait to see Nehmat’s smile. Here, Jasmine confirms with the doctor the medicine will work out. She then goes to Nehmat who is already wondering why Ekam isn’t returned yet. She points out Nehmat about the spoiled mehendi and calls it a sign of bad omen.
She then reminds Nehmat about Fateh and Tejo’s love for one another also their accident. Nehmat gets stressed. Jasmine asks her about Ekam’s whereabout. Nehmat tells her that Ekam went to do some important work and took car with him. Jasmine shouts what. Everyone turns around and looks confused.
Ekam feels dizzy while entering the car. In the venue, Jasmine scolds Rupy for acting like a kid not understanding going out during sangeet and mehendi ceremony be considers as bad omen. Already bad omen happened and pretends to be worried. Ekam feels chest pain while driving the car and wonders what’s happening to him. Meanwhile Jasmine suggests Nehmat to contact Ekam immediately and ask him to return immediately. Nehmat obliges. Ekam answers Nehmat’s call. Nehmat asks him where he is. Ekam tells Nehmat that he is feeling chest pain but he will return home soon. Nehmat asks him is he fine. Jasmine gets worried and asks where he is. Ekam tells Nehmat that he will put her call on speaker and try to drive. Nehmat gets worried. They all then hears a crashing sound and gets shocked. Nehmat shouts Ekam.
Precap: Ekam aimlessly drives the car. Nehmat goes and stands infront of the car. Ekam loses his balance of his car. Nehmat screams.
