The episode starts with Ekam assuring Renuka that he will take care of Harleen and will return home the next morning. He hangs the call and turns around. Nehmat hides behind a wall. Ekam senses Nehmat’s presence and looks around. He tells himself that he should stop thinking about Nehmat and focus on Harleen, who is his wife. Nehmat goes to check if Sartaj has gained consciousness.
The doctor tells the police that Nehmat saved Sartaj. The officer asks Nehmat how he learned about his identity. Nehmat says that she learned it through his passport. The officer says that they have to wait until Sartaj gains consciousness to know more details about him. On the other hand, Renuka is worried about Ekam. Balveer assures her to take care of their family. Renuka blesses him and leaves. Balveer smirks.
The next morning, Nehmat is asked to get Sartaj’s medicine. Nehmat feels pity for Sartaj. She’s about to leave. Her duppata gets stuck. She removes it and leaves. Ekam discharges Harleen to take her home. He makes her sit in the car. Harleen sees Nehmat and says Nehmat. Nehmat walks from there before Ekam can see her. Ekam stops himself from going to find Nehmat. Harleen says to Ekam that she really saw Nehmat. But Ekam says that it could be her illusion. He blames himself for Harleen’s condition. Harleen says to Ekam that they should go and check once. Ekam stops Harleen and says that he wants to forget Nehmat and change himself. He says that Harleen always put efforts into their relationship, and now, it’s his turn to do the same. He says that now they should live for each other. Nehmat comes back. She sees Ekam and Harleen talking, sitting in the car. She hides herself till they drive off. She is relieved that Ekam and Harleen didn’t notice her. She hopes that Harleen and Ekam will grow closer.
Elsewhere, Ekam stops the car to get a water bottle for Harleen. Harleen is sure that she saw Nehmat. She wants to ask Nehmat why she left Ekam. She feels guilty for marrying Ekam after Nehmat left and wonders what to answer if she asks her why she married her love. Ekam comes back. He sees Harleen crying. He feels bad that Harleen, who used to be joyful, is now always crying because of him. He decides to bring a smile back on her face.
Nehmat meets Nimmo in the hospital. Nimmo praises Nehmat for helping Sartaj, who is a stranger. Nehmat decides to help Sartaj to recover. On the other hand, Ekam tries to cheer Harleen up. A kid offers Harleen a rose. Ekam gestures like playing guitar and dancing. Harleen smiles. Later, Harleen and Ekam return home. Renuka becomes emotional at seeing them. Ekam tells Renuka that a goon attacked them.
Renuka asks Ekam about taking Harleen to a village for their honeymoon. She then tells about Jasmine coming here in the night and creating a scene for that which surprises Ekam and Harleen. Cherry also agrees with Renuka. Harleen feels dizziness. Ekam holds her before she can faint. Ekam lifts her in his arms and takes her to their room. In the hospital, Nehmat goes to Sartaj’s room. The latter gets flashes of him giving Dhaba’s responsibility to Joginder, as he doesn’t like to stay in a fixed place. He then sees the flashes of Joginder kidnapping him and beating him. Sartaj starts to shout, asking him to untie. Nehmat tries to calm him down. She calls out to the doctor.
Sartaj gains consciousness. He sees Nehmat. He thinks that Nehmat was sent by Joginder to harm him. He holds Nehmat’s neck and tries to strangulate her. The doctor and nurse arrive. They inject sedatives into Sartaj to calm him down. Sartaj glares at Nehmat and says that he won’t spare her before losing consciousness.
The episode ends.
Precap: Jasmine gifts Ekam and Harleen Rupy’s land. Ekam refuses to accept Jasmine’s charity. Sartaj acts violently on seeing Nehmat. Sartaj is told that Nehmat actually saved his life.
