Episode starts with Armaan and Alia running to hide themselves from Aasman. They run and enter a chemical factory where they spill some chemicals by mistake. Both of them start coughing due to the chemical emission. Aasman tries to open the shutter of the chemical factory but a security guard comes and asks Aasman to not open the shutter or else he would call the cops. Aasman feels like there is someone inside the factory. Alia and Armaan’s condition worsened due to the chemical. Armaan somehow messages a friend to arrive at the chemical factory to save them. Aasman sees an opportunity and tries to enter the chemical factory again.
Armaan and Alia lie side by side in a very bad condition. Just when Aasman tries to open the shutter of the factory once more, the guard arrives and asks her not to open it and asks her to leave. Before the shutter closes again, Armaan throws a rod under the shutter to let in some air inside. Aasman reaches her car and looks for her keys while Armaan’s friend arrives. Armaan tries to open the shutter with all his strength and opens it. Armaan’s friend informs them that Aasman has left. Armaan asks him to take Alia to the hospital. He takes Alia to the hospital while Aasman finds her keys.
Armaan comes out of the chemical factory and coughs while Aasman calls him. He falls on Aasman’s car while coughing. Asmaan takes him into the car and takes him into the hospital. She requests the doctor to admit him. Though Asmaan is admitted in the hospital but he is kept beside the cabin of Aliya. The family of Armaan comes into the hospital. Seeing the condition of Armaan, they become agitated. The doctor promises that he will keep them updated. Asmaan becomes very nervous and prays to the almighty so that Armaan couldn’t lost his life.
At the same, Aliya is also brought into the hospital by Ekam. Asmaan gets confirmed that Aliya was there. She links many incidents and understands their hidden and secret relationship between. She breaks down in tears assuming the relationship with Aliya. She comes into the cabin and visits him. She later confronts both Aliya and Armaan and asks about their relationship. She bursts out in anger and asks them what they were doing.
